If it's PBEM, then hell yeah.

Demo is out. Paradox also confirmed there will be a multiplayer patch after release.
Why should I get in my car and drive 20 to 30 minutes to the store for a PC game when all that is needed is click, click, click, order placed, downloading. **** retail. BTW Gamestop I believe has seen the light since they now own Impulse. :) They got some good sales going on now. I think the new twist to gaming and making money is what Blizzard is doing with Diablo 3. They are supporting a real world currency auction house for in-game items. I think it will be interesting to see were
If anyone is interested in playing this game early, IGN Prime has beta keys that are good until 3 May. Of course you have to subscribe to IGN Prime. Which is a very nice time to do it; they gave King Arthur, Crusader Kings Complete, and Space Pirates and Zombies all for free. Also a permanent 15% discount for Gamersgate, so I pre-ordered Warlock for 17 bucks (pre-order include the DLC pack) not bad at all. Geez I sound like a salesman. Anyways I second everything Silicor said, fo

I took a quick look and it looks cool ... because there is hexagons (I a an hexagon worshippper). But it sincerely looks like Civ V with magic. I hope this game would be modable, I could make a master of magic for that mod too. That could be interesting, 2 MOM mod on different games that share ressources like artwork, music and otehr stuff.
If this happens their empire is removed, just like they were defeated but you gain that sovereign as a champion under your control.
Any way we could have them stay under ai control as a 'minor faction' permantly 'allied' to yus?
I agree, at least make it optional or can be mo
This looks very good. Looking forward to the beta. :)
That minimap would be very nice in game. :) I'm looking forward to the update.
Civ 5 has problems, has great reviews. But as you said is a better game at the end of the day. However I am still seeing a number of sites and new reports stating that the game has it flaws. And seeing several sites that posted 90-98 (out of 100) points on the game and then seeing 1up give it a C, gets me a tad bit confused on who or what to believe.
Now that I got some hours into Civ 5. I agree with the 1UP review. The AI needs work, diplomacy is weak, and I hate that
I'll keep buying too, hard to pass on cheap and truly DRM free games. Just back it up and your good.
That minimap is very nice, much better then what is currently in game.
So far it looks like lots of crashes are problems with drivers or codecs.
I think you are right. Disabling the intro video and using DX9 mode solved my crashing. I would rather play with DX10 mode, but I can wait for a fix.
Well this is bullsh** the freakin game keeps crashing on 1st turn. I should have waited for the demo. I'll learn one of these days.
I've only ever seen one in my games. I would like a minimum of ten for large maps.
Please make it when the enemy sovereign dies, their empire continues on. One of the Fallen sovereign charged right into my city, which had a army three times as strong. They died and their empire went poof, felt like a hollow victory.
This was my first out of memory error since Beta 4. Here is the debug. http://www.pastebin.ca/1943751 Here is the dump. http://drop.io/7utuw1a Hope this helps.
and since you can't rotate map view
Huh, just use the middle mouse button or control and the arrow keys. Map rotates fine.
For the 2nd expansion pack, Frogboy first said it would be free to people owning prior to v1.1 release. Now it is a Sept. 30th deadline. That's the difference I'm pointing out.
Patch 1.1 should be out by then, considering that patches have been pretty much coming out each week.
Mine installed here. C:\Users\Hadberz\Documents\My Games\Elemental\Units
I would like to see more of the story in the game as well. I'd settle for quests that had more Elemental lore written in them.
Yea, we're not going for epic tactical battles. MOM is our influence, not total war.
Good to know, I certainly do not want Total War style battles.
Family packs are coming back? Might actually upgrade my wife and kids computers.
Yep, Great game. I'll probably buy it again, just so I don't have to mess with the disc.
I'm passing until a demo is release. If it's dumbed down I don't want to waste my time/money on it.
Well if you want the expansion for free, buy now.
