Yes, all 3 AoW games will be available on Steam soon.
Please, please, please release the series not just on Steam, but also on Impulse or GamersGate. I hate the Steam software :( I had it installed once a long time ago and it messed up my computer. I have Age of Wonders (the original) from way back, and would like to check out AoW:SM, but if it's only on Steam, I won't be getting it.

These are from 1.05, as I was in the middle of a game I didn't want to stop playing when 1.06 came out, so if any of these were addressed in 1.06, disregard them. I've noted bugs where I have screenshots, if needed, but since they are large, I didn't post them. I can send them if needed. * Resources at 0 in a Settlement Detail window don't show. For example, a resource with a +1 and a -1 won't show. This means you can't see the bonuses and consumption. * City name gets changed to
A quick question. I sometimes have a large city going. Some resources with the city's influence says it's linked with the city, some don't. (Meaning that the LL that is linked has 12 or so tech points, while the one that isn't has the normal 5. Is it because there's no city square within 4 of it? If not, how does that work?
This was supposed to have been fixed in version 1.06: + Fixed bug where linked pioneer improvements we
Once I waited 'till I had 5 cities and researched it. The other time I did it when I just had my starting city. Both times I got one gold mine - the second time at one of the secondary cities. Did the same thing with Lost Bounty and received a single square of both a fruit orchard and twilight bee both times - with 5 cities placed randomly around my cities.
One Gold Mine, then one Orchard and one Apiary... yep, same here.
(This is on version 1.05, since I had a game going that I wanted to continue, I haven't updated yet) I have a question regarding the maximum notable level. Playing Kingdom, on my map, I have many Notable Locations that are level 5. My level is 4. However, I have researched all of the Adventure tree now, except for Refined Charm, and there is nothing that will get me from level 4 to level 5. Is there a bug somewhere, either in the Tech tree, or elsewhere? Has any Kingdom

Me and my wife (aka: fist bitch i saw) were 26yo and our daughter 20!
The devs had said that children age faster than their parents, otherwise it would be WAY too long to get them into the game.
You should know there's something wrong with this guy, since he's already changed his name from Eldmyre to Janusk. He wasn't smart enough to change it in the description text though [e digicons][/e]

I hope the answer isn't that I need to research the ability to declare war. Everyone else seems to be able to declare war on me without any trouble.
NAPs are set for 99 turns, IIRC. At the end of that time, you can go kill him.
Make sure the Tactical Threshhold in Options is set to 0

I'm unable to understand, when only a few units in the same tile are selected, which is going to move when I move the stack. There must be a clear indication of who is going to move when you select units, and that these will move as a single stack..
If you look at the bottom info bar, you'll see small circu
BUG: Several times, I have moved to attack a hostile unit and wound up standing on the same stack as them! I can't quite figure out how to repro this, it seems to happen most often when adjacent to a friendly city. I'll move to attack a hostile unit and end up standing on top of them, forcing me to move off and back on. This could result in the loss of a city if this ends your turn and you just ejected yo

I really like the look of it. Just a random thought, a que system like that might spice up tact battles a bit.
I wondered about that screenshot, myself. I figured it must have come from the campaign, which I haven't played. But if it's actually from beta, the

People are hoping it's not just coming out on Steam, because they hate that service. They want to see it on Impulse, or GamersGate, or GoG :) I'd prefer to see the Age of Wonders Trilogy coming out on Impulse or GamersGate, myself. Those are the two services I use. Anywa
I wonder .. Worth buying Elemental: War of magic? Will the new patches 1.05 and 1.06 allow a fun gameplay? Interesting me, or new patches balanced the game ?? Others of us are playing the game with no major problems, and having fun :) Unfortunately, I can't say whether your computer configuration will be one of the ones tha

It is an older game but one that got me into 4x rpg games.
Wow, I haven't played Age of Wonders in years. Totally forgot about that game. Never got AoW II or Shadow Magic, though. The AoW games are no longer produced, and you can only find them as used games. Howe
The most helpful thing they could do is add an interface item displaying the current quest and notables level. It could be fairly small but the point is to be accessible and provide players an explicit expectation about both--that they exist and they matter.
Levels are listed on the Kingdom Report, right-hand page, at the top. Also, I know about the deluxe edition with the download + boxed edition, I didn't get it because of the 25$ extra in exchange rate and S&H. I'm on a bit of a budget. :C
You don't have to get the Limited Edition to get the box from Stardock. You can order the digital download + boxed regular game for same price as regular game.

One of the benefits of ordering from Amazon.com... release date delivery [e digicons][/e] Seeing as how the pre-release was very buggy, I didn't miss being able to download the game at all.
Try leaving your units in a city for a turn or two- maybe I'm imagining things but I think you regen mana faster when in cities. That might be my imagination or the effect of buildings I'm not considering though.
I think it's your imagination. I have never seen any of my Channelers regen more than 1 mana per turn in any city.

Is it really necessary to change my auto move, mouse settings, ect everytime there is a patch? But I can't find a numeric listing for spell damage in the spell book (spell book = where you research spells right?), just the text that says up to caster int.
