Releasedates hardly matter anymore. New players won't notice these changes and veterans are all playing the beta. So delaying the release by one week doesn't do anything. Either you delay for a long time or you just release it.

It's been raised before and I agree. It should be harder to achieve. Lots of options to do this: Spread out the towers in the techtree Raise the build and or casting cost Push the spell of making to the end of the techtree let it interact with the other trees ... I would love to see some comments from Derek about this.

I really like the road you're taking here Hf. It really adds extra uniqueness and takes it one step further than Stormworld which already gave the factions a unique feeling. Might need some balancing but I'd have to playtest for that. Greenskins eg on paper seem very strong now with the extra swarmbonus. They were already quite strong in FE.

Nice concept DsRaider. I agree that the monster recruitment in FE was a very interesting concept that just didn't work like it should have. This sounds like a cool way to reintroduce it.
Sounds good. Really curious how this pans out. Excellent idea to go strategy and use the foundation of the game to create a scenario this time. It's what I really like about Eador too.
My biggest AI pet peeves are about the fact that it still does things players just wouldn't do, ever. 1) It sends out lone heroes into enemy territory. It just shouldn't do that. Only in peaceful times when you're levelling your hero he might be on his own. Otherwise always accompanied by troops. 2) It makes too many 'unit only stacks' and hardly no stacks of doom. Players only make a few stacks and try to make them as strong
