EG. If your town have 4 grain and each grain provides +25 food, that's a total of 100 food to support no more than 100 population. Now your tooltip says your current population is 59, 141 more population to lvl 3, capped at 100 due to food. In other words, for your town to lvl up to lvl 3 you need population of 200, but your cap is 100 and your current is 59, so 200-59 = 141, you need 141 population more. How to get 141 more? What is the most optimized way to play Lady Irane? Played a game after 200 turns, it felt like I have achieved nothing and still very weak compare to Normal AI, still couldn't face strong monsters.
