GALCIV2 was close, I had a couple goes at it, but personally I dispise real-time combat even with pause & go features. I do like initative-based, turn-based combat, faster ships moving to flank slower ones, shield facing damage, different firing arcs, self-destruct button. GalCIV2 was more design your ship and see what happens in combat. No real tactical thrill to it. Nerdy as it sounds you don't feel like a field commander, as you do in Fallen Enchantress, MOO2, U

I wanted to post my thanks for a great game. This game is what Heroes of might and magic III wishes it had evolved into. If there are any other future updates down the road, on my wish list would be 1) the ability to switch my hero's weapon mid-battle (so many fun weapons, so few hands) I would even concede a turn to ready a new weapon. 2) The factions are so ... human - how about Orcs, skeletons, butchermen, mites, dwarfs (
