1.0.009, defenders cost triple wages compared to spearmen. is this right? seems too different considered you can soon upgrade spearmen with armor and they become very similar. defenders also cost a lot more production, they seem overall worse all things considered.

after some testing with only blur removal, I agree with demicas87 50/50 ratio is good. default 48/53 is too dark. problem is, it looks way desaturated compared to vanilla :/
after some testing I have to say the ligthing tweaks make the lit portions of the image too bright, check the sov selection screen and you should notice :) blur removal is sweet though, really makes colors and detail pop out a lot more.
whoa! brightness 58 is way too high, are you sure about that? makes everything look washed out.
other factions still have units, I think sean is working on a custom units pack to go with the mod.

for me kitten is much more stable when reloading without exiting, kitten-a always hangs when I try that.
what I'm saying is, if he gets something lighter instead of the hammer he won't start encumbered :)
minor point: Magnar looks ugly with that helm :D also the champion "Magar" starts overencumbered
did you read the rest of the post? I know they're not always weak. sometimes they are wtfpwned. a middle ground would be better imho :D
