Yes, but what I'm saying is, that the AI usually doesn't get the Civics or casts Inspiration, yet they can complete stuff incredibly fast in first turns of the game...so, yea...I believe something there is suspicious.

Also...how could they rush a settler at start if they first have to research technology which allows rushing? No matter what the player does, they DO have to wait a few dozen turns before they can rush anything...

I can confirm this one. Also spotted same duplication and multiple instances disappearing after quest completed of that "dungeon full of spiders quest". As well as duplication of the wave of monsters that spawns as a random event. Several cases of darkling shamans and troll shamans duplicate characters appeared, such as this:
