everything MUST have some use.
it can provide +1 armor and two virtual healing potions for tactical combat. for global, it shoud heal owner, 10 hp per turn will be fine. virtual == not separate item, soo you cant store them or sell or share in party, but in tactical combat anyone with backpack can heal himself two times. this will make backpack super usefull for anyone just like it was before.
memory leak is here (and this leak is severe, game slowdown significantly in minutes), noobs that claim "its ok with my 99 gb ram system" stfu, this game 32 bit, it cant allocate more then 4gb total memory, as soon as memory exhausted game crush, with only option to load save (very very annoyning if you not saving).
it shoud give fraction of damage dealt, not static value. if you scored 100 damage, 10-20 hp will be nice reward.
enc replacement bonuses are stupid, entire system turn stupid now, now girl can fight with golem shield and hurge sword, but can't wear mail armor...
upkeep cost will balance everything. for random noobs who post about skath and spider mounts - you cant set this mounts for units, this champion only feature. single stable shoud provide horses\wargs for only one stack of units, if you want second mounted stack, you need one more horse\warg resource location. champtions shoud not cost any upkeep, this will make champions significantly stronger and will return infantry back to game.
spell of making shoud be alot earlie and provide magical superweapon to clean towns, wipe armies and be manifestation of ultimate power, but not just gg no re current implementation is ugly and only option is to disable it.

it usefull only early when have level above your units... in late game all heroes outperformed by units, heroes who cant wear much items outperformed much more. dodge focused heroes just die in late.
spell of making shoud allow something like magical nuke - superweapon of mass destruction, not automatic win. ability to wipe towns and salt tiles will speedup process greatly, especially vs greedy AI, but automatic win is kinda stupid, especially on hurge maps, when you can win with spell of making without single combat with AI.
this was from 040\050 looks like removing encumb more important.
nonhuman heroes very underpowered late game. spider hero with single move point and without any magic and with crappy initiative that unable to get mount and most items just useless meat shield later on, 5hp per level doesnot help since normal units with impulsive and 3 enchants just pwn everything at first turn anyway.
bow is nice only if you death archmage and pool all your mana into blood rage.
it just broken, magic staffs shoud deal constant damage agains most enemy types, but it is not.
nothing shoud be razed instantly, it plain stupid, for the god sake, why someone can raze town builded over ages in single turn?
AI shoud just minmax with predefined pattern, game anyway use static data for everything, for custom heroes, progression shoud be bound to starting skills, it's extremely easy to select proper path by switchcase.
unrest shoud be affected by loosing towns and units and building towns and units, by presence of hostile units inside town area of effect but not with abstract state of war with faction you dont ever share borders.
horses wear off over time...its unlikely to ride same horse for 100 years (units looks immortal byitself due regeneration mechanics) some upkeep cost shoud balance this, like 0.06 horse turn per horse used (0.36 per company) (3 company will drain over 1 horse per turn, exact value can be balanced, but this will return infantry units to game, player\AI simply wont be able to maintain many mounted units. same with iron and other resources

ability to use better armor cost tech already. next to add trait to use swords\bows\potions? YOU NOT ALLOWED TO DRINK POTIONS YOUR CLASS IS WRONG!!111 IRL anyone able to use modern combat armor and modern combat weapons, skills improve efficency of weapon, not ability to use it.
yes i have issues with camera that jump without my command
next to remove it elemental\poison damage resistance...
no changes to camera? wtf? game unplayble with ranged units on player's side.
