Hi, i was wondering if LH is still crashing often for some people or if things have smoothed out a bit. I really love this game but i never could play it past turn 20-30, because i had frequent crashes at this point in the game. Both in LH and Fallen Enchantress. Any help would be very much appreciated.
I've had the exact same bug about 5 times. It usually occurs after playing 30minutes and only until the mid game (i have 13 midlvl cities and 8 enemy A.I.s). Makes the game sadly unplayable, i can save while the bug appears but i have to close the program manually and restart, then reload. Every time. I supect it has something to do with the excessive memory usage by LH, since it did not occur at all in the early game.
Ah ok sorry Nakisisa, i missunderstood you there. Well that's definitely a bug, i hope it will get fixed.
I dont care much for the cards and would like more patches to be honest. But i also hate the whole achievement thing so it's a matter of taste i guess. Btw if one is only after the card drops you could just open the menu of game xy and run it in minimized mode, card drops still occur.
Hi, i really enjoying LH so far. Crashes were minimal in the early and early mid game, but now, one occurs randomly. Sometimes if i try to move a unit, click something or view the city details it happens and a little error window pops up citing a "BEX" error and the game freezes. This happened every 3-4 turn, now it is getting better, because i play in windowed mode with a smaller resolution, so maybe it is memory leak related? Any help or suggestions wo
I'm not sure if this is a bug. It happened for me in FE various times i thought this was working as intended. Also sometimes when you build an outpost, a new city tile appears, i dont know if that's also a bug.
Wow many replies in such a short time. I know a beta will have some quirks thats normal. So far i gather from your answers that LH seems to be an improvement in many areas. But specifically crashs don't occur that often than they did in FE final? I've had crashs in windows XP and fixed them only by setting the game to fullscreen manually in the ini file. Also when loading saves the game crashed 50%, which was not that bad but annoying. I'm still not 100
Hi, i really loved Fallen Enchantress. The only annoying thing to me was allways the crashing and the buggyness. Is LH better than FE in this regard so far? And how is the performance in comparison. I would pre purchase LH but i'm unsure regarding the games stability.
