Same problem for me. Bought it yesterday and although I read one thread that stated things have been updated, I still get 47%. Tried about 10 times total now between yesterday, and then today after a post said some files were updated. The date never changed for what is stated as the its date, so I am not sure if that is just a patch date. I can't see how its on my end if several others are getting to the exact same % as I am.

I'm having the same issue. Haven't done anything as drastic as uninstall or anything like that. Just got it tonight. 2 hours of wasted time trying to update. 47.1% for me as well. it can't be on our end if its multiple end users with 47%.
