In Stardock's version of America, it's guilty until we chose to believe you're innocent. Granted they don't HAVE to allow any of us to post here, but this really shines a pretty painfully bright light on the Gamer's Bill of Rights. It's just so much PR flak.

Far better to just get the user created fan patch for MoM and play a WORKING game that actually has something to it. Not just a barebone framework that will be "great" in 6 months or whenever the magic patch comes that fleshes out all the missing and broken parts of the game.
I think rather than jumping through even a single hoop at this point, I'll just be getting my refund. Given everything wrong that has happened with this game launch, this kind of "mistake" is just the last straw.
Oh, and to be clear, I *WAS* a very loyal Stardock supporter for about the past 10 years (my forum account alone was nearly 10 years old) and have probably driven quite a few of my friends nuts with my frequent talking up of Elemental. That day has passed.
I was *BANNED* yesterday for posting this exact same thing. As a legitimate *PAYING* customer I thought nothing of posting of my issue on the support forum. My post was summarily nuked and my account banned. Worse, my mail to [email protected] got me the following non-response response: "<span style="font-f
