Children of the Storm Mod adds tons of cool uniqueley made races such as skeletons with dif population contorl methods and stuff and Frost giants that dont use groups but mega units , shadow race, tons of other cool ones to like 10 in all , all w/custom heroes & new weapons spells and tons of other great stuff. its the mother of all mods for this game a must have in my opinion. Its pretty much like a massive expansion pack and very well made i couldnt really find any

Yah you should defidently nerf the crushing blow thing a bit the 50% idea sounded good, i can go on a rampage with a bunch of milita early on in game takin out some pretty heavy units, maybe make i 50% & 3turn cooldown isntead of 100% & 5turns is it , if i remember right. also i was wondering if some examples from maybe spiderwebsoftware games for tactical might help wiht tactical battles, mainly on the movement points system i always liked the way that game worked with the movement system, exile/avernum, the tactical battles in this series has always been fun for me at least
Very large improvement but due to high number of crashes im getting i gave it a fair, but for a beta minus the crashes i woulda given it and good instead of fair. Guess im one of the few who are getting the crashes by the shitloads, very nice system specs to so not my pc. And running a nearly new install of windows zero virus etc, and did a fresh install of the game usining full installer not update. But thats what crash log submissions are for , guess ill get on that ho

I was hoping we could get a unit formation option/ability so u can move units to front back etc, like were portraits icons are on GUI , make each unit icon determine were it will spawn, just do a 9 grid or something. be helpful for AI also i would think having preset formations for unit types. I'm not programmer but it sounds like something that wouldn't be to crazy to make (i know probably way to late in beta but maybe for 1.1)

I would really like to know abou the food and materials thing myself , was wondering about that , im thinking the materials increases your production rate, but the food resource tiles "apirary , wheat field, twilight" are they supposed to increase your city growth? not the tiles that you settle on thing but the improvement ones. beacuse ive built the farms addons and dont see it really doing anything, as far as i can see, the city growth tooltip shows nothing of

I think this is a great idea as i smoke alot of pot, and my memories shot half the time to, i do miss alot of turns of building when i forget about my idle citys, i think ur idea sounds good, and if people dont like having the cities zoomed on for builds maybe just add a on/off option.
YES MAKE SPACE END TURN PLEASE, why wouldnt it be or like one of my previous posts make a keybinding menu. i would really like to know who made quick save button not a F-key but ctrl-s and end turn enter not space, its like a general norm for this type of turn based game isnt it? or is it just me and for above post yes that'd be nice if theres not a hidden one already
i like the idea, or at least most of it, but i doubt anything like this would be implemented for a while considering such late in beta, and these sound like theyll add a lot of reprogramming of ai and gaming systems
maybe a good way to balance this would to have a base movement value for heroes, and then have items equipment give percentage bonuses to movement speed. just shooting ideas

I dont know if this is under bug issue, but ive been playing beta for about a week now , and now all of a sudden after each battle the game hangsup for like 5-10seconds, leme konw if u want game logs etc, just wondering if anyone else is having this issue, i dont know if u guys are doing that instant ingame update thing i read about yet ,were game updates automatically in background without telling us, but if u did im wondering if u just did a update that coudl have done that. K not sure if this is a bug or not but a descrepency maybe , because custom units are always lvl 1 not sure if its just a hero lvl requirement. but didnt really think of that till i already made most of this post, so figured id post anyway. The ring of storms, and equipment item in the creat custom unit (Not hero) screen in game. Says it requires level 6 to use, but u u can use it on ur units at start of game, are units supposed to be able to use any level item since there alway
Every time i try to change my tactical battle speed to 3x , i close it out and exit game, and reopen it ,and then the speed is set to 1x again, no other options have this problem , anyone else report this yet, or have same problem? If more info need or video, logs, etc plz just post here i check almost every day
I know what your talking about wiht the event que, i think fe has made it a bit better, but here and there i see a issue with the que here and there, ill try to remeber them to report them how they happen cause. I havent had much issue with early settlements getting crushed yet, guess i might just been lucky so far

let me know , it was with just the 1h short sword 6 atk 4 init, that was only item in inventory, custom faction and hero, click shop button, then hit nothin else but sell, then hit requip then sell, and u can keep hittin it over and over again but just keep getting payed, if no one else can duplicate ill mkae a quick vid and throw it up im pretty sure it worked with both soverign and champions to, but not 100% sure if i checked that. Hi was playin fe .77 and found this bug were if u go to shop wiht any hero, and u hit sell, then hit equip, then hit sell again then equip again, u can keep repeating and not lose the item, as long as you hit no other buttons inbetween, at least wiht the dagger on a krax hero i have, i can sell her dagger 100x and make 3000gildar right off the rip at the start of the game. It was equipped before going to shop if that matters. With donya, it was basic dagger, playin krax
