Monsters should carry loot, and less Gildars. Gold mines should bring you a LOT more money also.

DDO is pretty solid. No monthly, can spend as low as 20$ on the game and have access to all the major content. Character customization beats all the generic class crap you find in other MMos. Just saying.

I'm playing Gal Civ 2 until they fix Elemental. That's what I had to say about the point system.
Quoting Tridus, reply 11Also, it should automatically order pizza in the background so you don't have to stop playing to eat. That didn't work when Everquest II had the /pizza command that brought up online ordering from Pizza Hut, it wouldn't work now either.
This is a joke, right ? Right? There wasn't actually a /pizza cmd in Eq2 ?
I don't think it matter which champion continues the quest. You can just use whichever is the closest. But yes Quest givers often won't disappear, and makes you lose some turns running there again.
I have to agree, Sovs (on both sides btw), are pretty weak. It's pretty much GG if you get to melee range or archers start to focus fire on you. Also, Fireballs doing 4 dmg don't help too. They should be able to teleport all over the place, and freeze to place anyone that comes too close. Would at least make you think twice before taking the Sov's army. Right now it's just free and good exp. Sad when you can kill the ennemy Sov with a basic archer.
You primary goal should be to lvl your Sov and champions, but most importantly, it's all about getting Gildar. You NEED to get as much Gildar as possible per turn. Once you hit a nice 50 + per turn, you can support your army, and equip your champions with shinny things ^^ And getting your cities to lvl 3 fast should also be a priority, that means reseraching Civilisation/Imperium quickly, while teching for conquest/Warfare to get Hammers or bow, or whatever suits your style.
On number 7, the game centers over the city that's upgrading, so if you look to the bottom of the screen, you can see what the city produces -- gildar, tech, arcane, etc. I find this is enough info to help me decide on a specialty. Granted, it's not as clear as it could be, but it's OK.
All you see are the citys stats. There's no way knowing or remembering if there's a Gold mine around, a Library or any ressources y
Am I the only one actually having a great time ? ^^
Even if you don't have seperate resistances, the pure def number of a unit should be greatly reduced in some way to differentiate magic vs physical and make magic more useful. Cut it in half, third, quarter - something. Or incorporate sov level, which doesn't seem to be used for anything right now. Like maybe sov's level could reduce defense by 5 or 10 per level. If it was 5, a lvl 5 sovereign would reduce armor effective
I'm pretty sure this will be fixed in a couple of weeks, and ''coming back in 6 months'' is overreacting on the current state of the game ^^
Actually Independant nations often produce valuable crystals, and allows you to purchase very early magical items. They also are often rich and full of Gildar, which can be very nice to trade your metal and material. The problem here is that Sovs in general are pretty weak, and will offer no challenge at all if you just want to take control. A wizard Sov summoning golems and dragons would definitely make you think twice before trying to take over. Right now they have
My current game offers me an unmatched experience of the game so far. Factions are nicely spread, everyone is expanding as much as they can, and the AI actually respects your diplomatic capital and military force. They offer trade, treaties and alliances. Quests are ABUNDANT, and I need to Imbue more Champions to complete all of them. I also noticed that Notable locations are visually much more varied and impressive. Before, I'd often get boring graveyards and tombs. I now get c

Do familiars actually ''change'' after getting some lvls? They just get better stats, that's it? The description seems to hint at something more...
You can't cancel a move order in tactical combat. Misclicking your archers to a move cmd instead of atk will have them run all the way there and no way to stop until reaching destination =/
Never crashed once. Great game. That is all.
Agree ! People need to play more before judging it too harshly ^^ Very nice, can only get better.

I sometimes get lvl 2 or 3 cities that can't built anymore improvements. I got free tiles, money, food and no warnings I'm missing some ressources. Can't even built a shanty or a hut. Anything to do with influence maybe? Happens with cities near other factions usually.
Dominion 3 is pretty solid
Agree with OP. Forum is flooding with ''OMG what went wrong'' threads. Contribute to the already started discussions on how to improve the game.
For me they appear in my backpack when I check the store, but they don't show when I want to equip them. Other champion can wear them no problem... I do own a Warg though
Depending on the map you get, getting boats early lets you get a ton of free ressources and freely expand. If I see an island, I'm getting boats.
