Traveling Boots bug

I've been having a number bugs in Elemental, but the one, ironically, that seems to drive me the most nuts is the traveling boots bug.  Some sovereigns I make (with Tracker and Adventurer) can use them, some can't.  I've made a score or so now, just trying to figure out what the criterion is, but I haven't quite figured it out.  It isn't helped by the fact that making multiple sovereigns without restarting the executable seems to be bugged as well, as sometimes they retain the old stats without paying (or getting paid) for them.  Sometimes they don't get (all) their talents either.  But I digress!  Traveling Boots.  Some sovereigns can use them, most can't when you take Tracker and Adventurer.  I don't know why, but I'd like to 8).  Anyone run into this bug?

For me they appear in my backpack when I check the store, but they don't show when I want to equip them. Other champion can wear them no problem...

I do own a Warg though

No, traveling boots and mounts stack.  Different slots.
