Just updated 1.07 and found the game to be slower than 1.05 whenever I zoom out. Anyone else notice this?

after updating to v1.05, the achers can`t shoot because it now takes the full 2 action points. however, archers only have 1.5 points. without using magic or giving a horse to each archer, i don`t know what i can do. so as it stands, it needs to be fixed.
