I've heard a great swag of complaints about Win 8 and 99.9999% of them are about Metro/the Modern UI, and for mine, that's like canning a movie after viewing the opening credits. There is a whole desktop environment beneath Metro/the Modern UI, and if one organises their PC efficiently, one can complete ALL their daily computing tasks within that desktop [you know, the one that's like Win 7 only better] and never have

You know, i'd love if you made a master of magic remake. Not even master of magic 2, just the same old master of magic 1, with new graphics, but otherwise identical(except, of course, without the bugs). I would definitely buy that. THEN, you could build on that base by making an expansion adding new features but keeping the basics intact(like, add more units, abilities, a 3rd plane, etc.). That i would buy too. Just sayin' :) (P.S. that's not to say i don't like fallen

Good luck :) One tip: if you want to put the "my computer" icon on desktop, rightclick desktop, chose personalize, then click the 'change desktop icons' option in upper left corner. I wasted lots of time trying to figure out how to do that when i first installed w8 :)
I don't think you understand what balance means. "A weapon can be countered" is not the same as "a weapon is balanced". Because its late and i can't think of a more appropriate example, i'll use a FPS one. Imagine a weapon that kills any player in one shot, regardless of where
There is no difference. The damage of the hammer depends on the level of the unit using it. If it seems that it has bigger damage for champions then that's because your champions usually have a higher level than normal units. All other weapons do 100 damage max. Is weapon X overpowered? Of course. Now someone adds weapon Y that does 3 million damage. Does this mean weapon X is no longer overpowered? No. It just means weapon Y is even more overpowered than X. But that's the logic you are usin
I think what Trojasmic was trying to say is that the lightening hammer may seem OP when your hero is at a high level but there are far more powerful things that can do far more damage by the time your hero reaches this level. I have to say there is a sweet spot during the game that the hammer seems like the only choice but only a hero that has no magic or distance type of weapon in the later part of the game will make having a ham

My personal experience: I was using windows 7 on my home computer and was happy with it. When i upgraded this fall(new mobo and all that goes with it) i decided to give win 8 a try, for no other reason than getting some hands-on experience, since at work i am taking care of some 90 or so computers and sooner or later i'll have to deal with win 8 on them anyway. On my home machine, I installed win 8 on a separate SSD, leaving the original system drive with win 7 intact, so
