I don't normally start new threads regarding issues that have been discussed ad nauseum, but Kryo's response and locking of the "May we have refunds?" thread didn't sit well with me. The problem is his statement that everyone was offered an opportunity to obtain a refund for their purchase of WoM is not correct in the truest sense. Perhaps at some point months after release Brad offered refunds, but I can personally attest that Impulse was vehemently denying refund req

Don't forget that many places where Elemental can be purchased actually have consumer protection laws which are enforced. The longer Stardock sells a product without the advertised features the more problems they will face.

When I contacted support in an attempt to obtain a refund I was only offered 75% refund. I was tolds that no multiplay was not a technical issue and they only give full refunds for technical problems they are unable to resolve. So much for useful DRM like impulse.
