You need a reason other than money. What's the use of amassing even higher amounts, hardly spending any of it, and making your life solely about how much money you made? You don't get to keep it after you're gone. While you can still have a positive flow-on effect after you're gone if you've made really positive difference to the lives of your family and others you've encountered in your life journey.

I would like something like this if it were possible/feasible.
seanw3, how can you watch every episode of Doctor Who, there are some episodes that have been really, truly permanently lost so it is not possible to watch all of them. ;-)
I agree with making razing no longer removing fertility, but pioneers would need to be made more expensive and actually cost maintenance in this case.
Don't worry. I understood what you meant. =) And English is so complicated anyway, it's easy even for native speakers to make simple mistakes. =)
If you have fire resistance you get less.
Although based on how they are going, and that there are months left before release, I don't think that will happen. ;-)
Or make it a spell that requires a champion with L5 in any element, or life or death, and not require Earth L5 specifically.
I agree. While it will require making the AI better, having monsters completely ignore the AI players most of the time (and virtually never attacking AI settlements or outposts) just because they are AI players completely wrecks immersion as many have said.
Great news! This should be extremely useful for modders.
I would agree with making the revive land life and death spells permanent and available in every game. This would give a reason to get high level magic, and the cost could be balanced so it's not too cheap or expensive. But I don't think it should be too easy to just demolish a city and then rebuild. If they didn't make the revive land spells available in every game, I would want fertility to come back after a certain game-adjusted number of turns.
I agree with all the points Das123 made. And also, possibly, use seanw3's suggestions for different levels of cities and armor/weapon makeup of city militia (that he uses in his mods), including city archer militia.
Sounds good. =) Do pioneers cost wages now?
I think it means that they will be added back (Umber and Capitar) after release, when they have completed making 8 unique sides. They cut the two recently because differentiating and balancing 10 sides before release was just going to be too much. 8 is more manageable.
Hey Brad, you play your turns too quickly and autoresolve too much!
I can say, you're a great player Brad! A Forest Drake destroyed your capital, oh well. ;-) I guess I will have to make sure I defend my capitals well. ;-)
Doesn't the description say that it starts a fire on the square that lingers for 10 turns?
No worries! [e digicons]:star:[/e]
I agree with almost all of the points made in the OP, but I wouldn't mind losing the big cities if other parts of the game were improved markedly. Definitely agree with not removing fertility after razing a city, maybe it could come back at a period of time related to map size and tech speed, or there could be a mid-range spell for restoring land that had a razed city on it? But then again, smaller cities with the similar gaps between cities could be a boon in that sense in th
Maybe AI players should be allowed to win that way on harder difficulty settings, instead of being blocked from doing so.
Heavenfall, thanks for all your hard work making, improving, updating all your awesome Elemental mods! You and the other Elemental mod-makers are really doing a great service for the Elemental community. [e digicons]|-)[/e]
Yes, those power grabbers keep trying, giving new names to the same grabs for power. I only hope the President vetos it. Even though it affects far more than the USA, the people of the USA have the greatest say in preventing it becoming real law. But I will tell other people about it.
When I have small files I want to backup to the cloud, I password protect the 7zip archive I use. Other than that, I have a Samsung 2TB (I think) external drive that I put Acronis 2011 drive images on.
I would rate Doctor Who highly. If you wanted you could start with Series 1 of the new series if you can still get it. I think all the new series are pretty good, the production values are high and there aren't too many obviously bad episodes and a lot of really great ones. When it comes to sci-fi/fantasy and a real humanistic, life-affirming outlook (even though there are lots of aliens and a few deaths ;-)) there's not a lot better than the new Doctor Who series
I agree. You should also be able to go though allied or non-aggression pact cities (though not actually in them at any time). So the game needs to be changed so you can go through allied/non-aggression pact cities and outposts, and to be able to go "through" allied or non-aggression pact armies as long as you don't finish a turn on them. Or maybe just allow them to be walked through and be on the same square - but if the non-aggression pact ends or war is declared they w
