Can we make the NPC's 50/50 male/female, so their is no inherent advantage to starting one or another sex?

Essences was originally supposed to be what separated the plebs from the power brokers, go for broke make it a major part of the game. Ive noticed that the high CPU usage for the title screen seems to have gone up in this realise, I'm running at 50% CPU usage when its not in focus and a whopping 80% when it is in focus. Ive noticed no matter how armed your hirlings and summond minons are you cant enter combat with out a weapon your self, even if you have reserched "tatical" combat spells, this woudl indicat that the game is not taking those spells into consideration. I think everyone should have a combat level with out a weapon, after all you can still pick up a rock and throw it of try and stangle someone to death. **Interesting Choices. Being forced to spend essence to build a city is not a choice interesting or not. I’m inclined to find some other use to revive land rather than forcing users to use it to effectively build a town. That is, we’d let the player build cities on the foresaken land. it seems that these "improvments" that can be built on, can only be built on when your cities influence passes over *and* beyond the squares they sit on. To me its a bug, if your influence passes over part of the improvment you shoudl be able to build on it, ive also noticed if its in the middle of two of your cities influence you will not be able to build from either!

Is it just me, or has the stablity of 804 fallen though the floor? Im geting slowdowns on the opening animation, world build times takening 5 times longer, crashes all the time..
