"Dude, that car is tight!" Of course I'm 36 so it's possible that most of the forum junkies are to young to have heard it that way.
I'm 21 and remember this lingo. dawg.</

Right now, if your sovereign is only an Earth elemental disciple, they might as well go hide until they can recruit a champion with fire. It would be nice if direct dmg spells weren't 10x as useful as everything else. It's more effective, unblockable and scales

Strategy with RPG elements, how you win the game is entirely up to you. Do you focus mainly on the civic tree, and going for a diplomatic victory by getting the other factions into an alliance with you? How about victory via conquest, focusing mainly on the warfare tree, getting superior arms and armor to equip your units and destroy the enemy factions. Or do you focus on magic/adventure and go for the spell of making victory or the quest victory? Many different ways to win each match. It is

Research Fortresses: Custom Sovereigns would say something along the lines of: "Our researchers have discovered a way to make our walls stronger. Now even the mightiest of foes will think twice before assaulting our cities." Whereas premade sovereigns with personalities would say differen

Some of it is ridiculous that we may have to tone down. A human being wouldn't be able to coordinate 4 different armies arriving at a target city in the same turn. Game sucks. Hordes of spearmen would probably be the Civilization choice. Do we only want three?
Hordes of spearmen seems more Warfare style than Civilization, a Civilization tech'd empire should be able to lay siege to a city and slowly convert the population away from the city; reducing their total units
