I wish I could mod. I wish I could visit Vallu751's planet. As a kid I always admired the Cylons as they were the primary antagonists to the last group of humanity, the authors of strife. May the Imperious Leader be reincarnated to seal the fate of the plague afflicted homosapiens.

Would make more sence to damage cities, not make them disappear.
Where do we sign up to beta test up and coming releases and patches? I've never beta-ed before but I would like to participate formally.
quoting post I understand that the guys at Stardock are programmers and not gamers... Everything else aside, I interviewed Brad a couple of times, for articles--and during the first one, he told me about how he missed his firstborn's birth because he was too preoccupied playing a game in the waiting room. And from what I've been given to understand the rest of his team enjoys playi
Hey Stardock, I've been following the Steam sale for this Thanksgiving holiday and I noticed that Fallen Enchantress had consistently appeared in Steam's Top 100 Sellers each and every day of the event! Not only that title but the Sins: Rebellion & GalCiv's have also found a place on that prestigious list..... So congratulations! [e digicons]:D[/e]
Quoting aeligos, reply 427Reasons: beta patch access. Just wanted to point out that Beta patches can be made available on Steam. Skyrim does this, you can opt in for beta patches. So developers can do that on Steam as well.
Thanks for pointing that out. I assumed all developers offered no beta access via steam since paradox had been that way. Per paradox, "only official
Boosts listed appear overpowered and should be reduced by 1/2 of what is listed. At least half.
One thing I hated about War of Magic was the army of settlers, one after the other, after the other..., the never ending settlers. I'm surprised to see that a settler issue persists with FE.
I can't say that I hate Steam, but if there is an option to purchase directly from developer so as to not use Steam, then I would do that instead. Reasons: beta patch access. Also to provide more profit for developer.
I'm coming back to it after abandoning all hopes for it (and Elemental) earlier this year. Even though FE was going to be free for me, I thought I would never reinstall it ( or Stardock-anything) ever again. But I did just that lastnight. Why the change? I couldn't tell you actually. I just don't know. But I'm looking forward to any and all future expansions/DLCs. I guess we'll see what becomes available.
One thing I didn't take into consideration is the primary function of SD. It is not gaming. As Frogboy stated earlier in one of his posts, SD's game-making function provides only a small piece of the pie -- compared to the other product/s directed towards corporations/business etc. Those are SD's primary customers, so I doubt that they would have to wait long, if at all, to get a product working as advertised/intended. I know Froggy has a passion f
Diablo III is the , I mean **[THE]** game for me. I don't see the big deal about an in-game trading feature that functions using real, albeit worthless, money. In fact, most of us have traded our own liberties for money, but yet we don't call foul in this instance? I think our priorities, as a human race, are screwed up. -.-
I think they should actually have some internal testing before a release, a lot of internal testing to make sure that the game works... Or the game at least runs most of the time.
That was what the recent server update was for. Trust me. The voices in my head have reliable sources. -.-
A question for the devs here, ....what do you intend to offer loyal customers of WOM as any kind of incentive to continue to be a customer of Stardock?
I don't believe a "loyal customer" of WOM (product) or SD (entity issuing product) would make such an unseemly demand. -.-
I don't see point to this.
The point is humor, I believe. I don't know about the rest of you, but when I read the OP I laughed my butt off..... in a respectful way of course. -.-
Perhaps the servers' maintenance has been done to prepare the matrix for FE's release? It draws near, I know it. I can sense it. The voices in my head concur. -.-
An idea just occurred to me. When we find recruits in the wilderness, some have a certain profession assigned to them (acolyte/wizard, farmer, assassin, merchant, etc). Although these heroes provide the towns with prestige and a certain bonus to production (of what I don't really know), I think there should be a way to assign their productivity as well as arranging marriages to them since there is a population in every city to begin with. I mean, once I recruit someone
While simply investigating Age of Wonders, I came across an entirely different game (non-magic) called Europa Universalis III Chronicles by Paradox. I checked those videos and reviews, and I have to say that I am really considering that one instead. And the music.... how it does wonders to my neuro-circuitry. I bet that game is entrancing on many levels. Me likes. Very much. -.-
Well, EWoM keeps crashing at an alarming frequency. I truly want to enjoy this game too, but it or something won't let me. For the mean time, I'm going to consider Age of Wonders (?) since many here have mentioned great things about that game. Impulse has the trilogy pack w/ soundtracks of all 3 titles for 20 USD so I might just get that *tonight* and put EWoM to rest until they get it ironed out. -.-
I just want the bugs to be gone. Is there a spell for that? -.-
And another... http://dl.dropbox.com/u/34698175/debug.err How many of these crash reports should we post? LOL -.-
Beauty is in the details. I miss the worker animations. -.-
