Frankly I just hope this really is a bug and not how Elemental is supposed to run. Any luck replicating the issue at Stardock? Or are we just seeing things?

Same issue with these specs: laptop Core 2 Duo 2.0 Ghz 8600M GT 256MB+256MBVRAM 2 GB RAM game runs very choppy at any settings, FPS doesnt really change both GPU-Z and Afterburner tell me that my GPU runs on 0% my debug.err: http://pastebin.ca/1925260
