I have not had any problems running this game other then the random crashes, until this map, it was called Itellya or something like that I was me vs lord relias or whatever his name is, I was playing and my game started getting slower and slower, first I thought it was because i noticed the computer was making companys and companys of the most useless units in the game and spam attacking me, which was fine because I had company's of overpowered archers to defend me, anyway I got sick of the
Meanwhile… The tactical team has been working on some of the cheese that slipped through (bows and spells being over-powered). I had one of my AI players train archers and it quickly walked over all the other AI players without a problem which demonstrated a real problem with how bows and spells were working. The beta community confirmed the problem as well and so that was something that got zapped today. The pr

To bad we were not able to assign classes to are guys like archer, warrior, etc, or make templates that assigned certain skills to them automatically, like make an Archer template, and they get "Aimed shot Arm" disarms enemy for a turn, "Aimed shot legs" stops them from moving a turn, or whatever, to assign to anyone you create as archer, you know kinda like a RPG game,

I Like the big city's as well, makes it feel more real, I hate the way civilization crammed anysize town or city into one square, and controlled for you the expansion of the city in 4, I like having control as to how the city expands, If I build it into a mountain, or a forest, or spread towards the water.

Why not just a Unit Scaling option for tactical combat like the map has, I kinda Like that hes over sized, he will look cool in battles, but its hard to tell without effects and what not,

I'm thinking that the tactical battles will be much better, since this is the initial release of them, and I heard him mention about a tactical battle he setup inside a temple, so at least I know it will not always be a Stratego like field and I'm hoping that we will have more skills and such for the tactical battles as time goes on,

Ability's what I think would be cool is if our units had ability's like dragons have fire breathing and such, am I missing this or something because I have a red dragon, and all it does is hit with its tail, would also be cool if you could fortify a square and things like this. and if we had different tactical maps inside buildings and such, but maybe thats a mod thing or something. I actually really like the turn-based combat, there are quiet enough RTS's out there. but I wish there

Will we 1.) Be able to design our own tactical maps 2.) Make our own weapons, armor etc Just curious, especially about the tactical maps, because 3b its just grass all the time, just wanted to know if we could add some. you said you made one in a temple.

I don't know if any of this has been suggested or anything so if it has disregard it. Also I'm not sure if any of this is in the game, I haven't used magic yet. 1.) can we like build walls outside the town, or possibly magically create a wall outside the city, like between mountains or something for an extra layer of defense? so like only flying units can circumvent it, or they are forced to engage it. 2.) and will we have the power to grow forests, plan
The thing about Tera is that while it looks fantastic, it's going to be one of those ultra-grindy Korean style MMOs. I'm not particularly enthused. I would buy SC2, Diablo 3, and Civ5, but that online registration crap is a dealbreaker for me, no matter how good the game is.
Apparently in TERA they are western-ifying the game for us, and there are some of the wow develop
For me, this was the only game that is just calling out to me, for sure this year. Mind you, that I'm also looking to the future with Jumpgate Evolution, and possibly Black Prophecy (Though I'm wary of their backing company). Beyond those games, I figure my mods, for this will be a bigger direction for my personal outlooks for games. Because in truth, the only other game that sounds even interesting is Civilization 5. And since this game

Can you maybe just make a handicap, I like my sovereign starting as a weakling, makes it mean so much more when you get to endgame. Maybe something like Sovereign starts with a handicap of 2 - 5 spells or something, or none at all, I feel that by forcing you to start at a certain point will decrease the challenge later in the game. you wont be able to customize it to be more difficult you'll just always have to start with spells.

Don't know, I would rather there be some challenge I don't want to be ultimately powerful in the first 3 minutes of the game. and besides the game options allow you to choose if you want the game speed to be epic, or over in 2 hours.

I noticed on the beta Schedule that modding is in beta 4, which is before release, will this give us the ability to maybe do some new content before the final release, so new buyers will have some of that. you know put extra content in before it ships from the player base?

1.) If I build a city next to a mountain, I can build on the other side of the mountains things like lumberyards if there is no forest near me, but on on the other side of the mountain, it will let me build it on the other side, although there is no divisible way to get to it except by walking all the way around the mountain. 2.) I build a city, then send a caravan to it, it will build a road over top the peak of the mountain, even though the caravan travels around the mounting of cou

Didn't Morgoth give most of his power to Sauron before he got banished by the gods to where ever?

The only thing I notice is that sovereign movement is super sticky, since beta 1, but I'm sure that it will clear up later, the transitions from cloth to 3d to max zoom are really nice the close up zoom feature over the functions of your town are reminiscent of populous.

Ya It's because the enemy sovereign is killed, I've had a lot of bad starting positions in which I was started right next to a level 10 monsters, and surrounded by mountains, its an instant death, prob happens to NPC's as well, which in a way is good, you can tell they don't have a handicap, like pretty much every Nintendo game. course, Mine happened after about 20 turns, so I think the enemy player is just playing fast and loose with his sovereign.
