Question: About modding.

I noticed on the beta Schedule that modding is in beta 4, which is before release, will this give us the ability to maybe do some new content before the final release, so new buyers will have some of that. you know put extra content in before it ships from the player base?

That is the plan. There already several major projects in the planning stages (such as E:EE which is planning to release most of it's assets to the community as its developed) and lots of really good ideas on new stuff to get done.

 

On top of that Frogboy is planning to take a few months off post-release to work on mods as well so lots of great stuff coming.
