Apart from Contagion (because it doesn't sweem to work atm) is there any of the Death Worship spells that aren't brokenly good?

But the Path of the Governor effect adds to the Faction Prestige not the city. AS far as i can see there is no reason that Champs with this can't roam around. Administrator on the other hand only works in cities (obviously, as it adds 10/20/30% to the cities production). Adding a % of the prodution saved as XP could work with that though.
Of all the mistakes with this game the lack of a mod manager could be the biggest.
Mines Bigger :p Apparently its a known issue.

That should be part of the magic system overhaul that is in the works.
Why? You cant get Organised or Meditative from research. The tool-tip is wrong. 1.06 changed it do all spells cost 2ap. All Wis appears to do is determain starting essence.
If your playing on the cloth map only, it doesn't show up at all, not even on a mouseover. :(
If you think thats bad try casting the Spell of Mastery. [e digicons]:([/e]
Flood does this also, it costs a lot more mana but does guarantee that no creeps will spawn. [e digicons]*_*[/e]
I'd like to be able to click on the forrest tile & have the 2 options; Logging Mill a +1/2 Mats building (would be nice if it was locked as wild so can never be part of a city) or Clear Forest which would take some Guildar and take say 10 turns, once its done you'd get some mats & a clear tile. As well as giving the pioneers pack a clear terrain ability that can remove forest & city ruins. Also Cities not being able to be bui
My Longbowmans approve of this idea.
I take Fire for direct damage & the Level 3 Fire Giant Summon and Earth for the terraforming, Hurl Boulder & Level 4 Earth Giant, Enchantment (Damn you bioware, every time i read that word its in HIS voice [e digicons]X|[/e] ) The water/air spells have some nice additonal effects (Lose a turn/push back) but the fire ones do 2x the damage or cost less. As far as the summons go, the Air & water ones are rubbish compared to the fire/earth imho, for example
We don't have economic oriented terrain bonuses in EWoM...also forests are useful, because some buildings [like lumber mills] can be built in forests only.
No they can not, you need the specific resource for that. Forests are harder to remove than mountains or even oceans, how does that make any sense?
Funny thing happened today, I had a warning from Karavox that he had woken up a Zombie Dragon. Naturally I went looking for it and found this instead. Say hello to a Level 69 Shrill Lord: Those stats look a little screwy to me. [e digicons]:(O[/e] Ordinarily I'd be running away form that guy as fast as possible, though with hi
It does kinda make up for my last Empire start; 1 Fertile Land & 2 Refuge Camps. :(
Blistering sands (Earth spell, Level 5 iirc) clears Forests, City Ruins & Resources. It also turns the tile to sand, not sure what that means, maybe diff monster spawns on it? The Water spell that comes later Forsaken Lands? does bugger all as far a I can tell, except turn the tile wintery. Not tried BS on Notable Locs like inns though, could be good for a laugh zapping a level 5 just inside a non-aggo's NPC's territory. :p</
Whats missing is a screen in the kingdoms report showing a summary of each city. Including its output/resources (inc no of caravans) & current constructions.
Roads do block city placement, it is the game being stupid. Neither Blistering Sands nor fortifying clears them. Terraforming needs a overhaul atm anyway. Forrests should not be harder to clear than mountains!
The Level 5? Earth spell "blistering sands" MAY clear them I have not tried it though. *Edit* Just checked, it does.
The last patch removed the effect of Wisdom on casting times. It now does nothing, the Wisdom on the Sov creator really should say Essence.
Has anyone found a way to see the Wisdom stat of a Champion BEFORE making them a mage? Its was VERY annoying to waste 3/4 Essence to find the guy had a wisdom of 5, meaning he couldn't cast in combat at all. Do the mana/health regeneration values show anywhere? Is there a use for the "Destiny's Sliver" item or is it just to be sold? How come i either get LOTS of "Midnight Stones" & no quests for them or 0 stones & multiple quests?</
Hi, I live in the UK and would like to help with the beta test, however i would also like the manual when the game comes out but the delivery chare on that is a killer. Is there a European/UK distributor that I can pre-order with and have access to the Beta?
