having the issue after about five settlements set up of the game lagging out at the end of every turn, my roommate is a computer guy, I know about computers, mine is upgraded has more than enough to handle all the maximum specs the game states, I have bars that show maximum CPU usage and RAM usage and they aren't even hitting 30% with the game.
