having the issue after about five settlements set up of the game lagging out at the end of every turn, my roommate is a computer guy, I know about computers, mine is upgraded has more than enough to handle all the maximum specs the game states, I have bars that show maximum CPU usage and RAM usage and they aren't even hitting 30% with the game.  But on my search for more gold cause I'm destitute it begins to lag at the end of every turn to the point where the wait to end my turn is about 3 times as long as it took my characters to move. anyone else have this problem?

While I'm at it what is with being started off on a large map right next to the two other factions you started the game with and having them both become hostile and attack and hand your ass to you despite the incredible troops you might have?
