Not that I plan to do a mod for this anytime soon, but it is very simple to balance. cut .
i like the general idea a lot ofc like you say it needs testing and balancing but its a start what about the weapon themselves? once we established what casters should use (daggers staves etc) now what advantages would give instad heavy weapons to real warriors? just

There has been no movement, so I'm guessing the devs are satisfied with the current illogical system. Really ruins the immersion.
well i think they focuse on other stuff recently, like cities but yeah, weapons and magical stuff and items in general could
Re. Procipinee, I like plopping an outpost to mark territory as mine, and then use Freeze. You can take out powerful creatures early this way, especially if you have a ranged weapon.
do you put a ranged weapon on proci? that could help i think and btw she has a unique ranged staff, with a small change that could become her main weapon and give her something

I dont really have a build order set in stone, and I dont think it really has anything to do with the fact that Life magic
yes you are right it has nothing to do with life magic it has to do with the fact trolls refuse to answer in details because they cant explain their BS so you do because ehy, you are just trolling all yo
Monsters definitely need to be more aggressive against Pioneers and new cities.
while i agree new (and eventually old undefended ) cities need to be targeted much more the point of pioneers being too cheap remains i love more civ way of handling them making them much much more expensive
ok so you refuse to answer to what build you were using, what research you did cause your pathetic attempt at trolling has failed, ill remember to ignore your bs next time cya
you still didnt reply at my question HOW do you proceed with proci with your supposed tactic? i dont want explaination on her spells and stuff i want YOUR PATH whats your research order, whats your build order, how many cities you have etc whats the usual party you use with proci i dont care you use haste and slow, i want to know WHICH unit you use haste on and this stuff you are just avoiding the question a
You seem to have a very narrow definition of what it means to be a "mage". You seem to define mage as a nuker,
you are wrong and didnt read well, there are 2 summoners and i play those mostly based on that, also i agree with you proci is mostly supposed to be a "support" mage and i like it so
I submit your "analysis" is highly flawed.
i submit your cr

I`m willing to bet that a post that is better worded and well-mannered would get much more attention from the people that actually matter. Your tone might generate some hype in the forum, internet loves some flaming, but it might also alianate your
Storm is all the nuke Ive ever needed.
and like i already argued storm is lvl 3 which is normally for a full air mage around lvl 5 6 for the caster with proci it comes way later so plz stop using arguments already discussed in fact a full air mage would be much better and much much more viable than proci (or any air mage with air 2 AND life or something more) its just proci that is

you cant agree with something wrong from any objective angle air and life are not even remotely strong you guys keep forgetting that the game in its WHOLE is not balanced, tanks first but fighters in general are so so much stronger and working than mages so ofc buffing spells work because YOU DONT DO a mage, ofc the game works like that because mages are still quite bad you have to weight this single fact b4 coming to conclusions, i
9) Celerity - you're reward for getting a champ to air5 - woohoo
well its permanent but ok its just a bad designed spell i think, like i said many times all magic trees require a lot of addition and balance, really a lot
18) Flamedart - this unfortunate spell seems to get nerfed again and again - it's rubbish for a low level champ and it's supposed to be a starting spell
&nb

also the rest of production should remain in queue
This makes absolutely no sense to me. Why would you play a 4X game with little to no city building
its a stupid questions 4x means STRATEGY means CHOICES means trading something for other stuff spamming is the absolute opposite of strategic you spam brainless cities and dont care at all of them like it was in civ its not strategy, even a console playe
Well there's supposed to be a tradeoff between expansion and growth. But my point is that if you have three high-level cities with tons of production, taking one of them offline to get the idle bonus cripples your empire's capacity. But if you have a dozen crappy level-2 cities taking one of them offline has a negligible effect. Which I don't have a problem with. But then I love 'City Spammin

I'm not going to start building units in a conclave just to keep the queue full.
ofc no but there is ALWAYS something to build even some research building to have a better research later right now i just dont see much working i mean i always choose to build something because if i have 50% research m
i like dense monsters too relias is not good sry, i tried him so much lately in every possible way and he just plain sux he has no distinctive trait apart from the quest scroll if only the unique weapons could come sooner... (and the armor was much much better)
well at least try a mage without fire, ofc it works if you take it :D
I'm not sure why we're rewarding idle cities at all. Really, it's yet another unnecessary advantage for city-spammers.
tbh i dont see this cities are just plain better WHATEVER you do with them if you train ppl, build improvemnts, or idle its just better to have a city than not

I am fine with seeing level 9 heroes out there, but my Sov at level 9 is often times much weaker. Sovs should be more powerful and losing them in battle should hurt more. Some of them are way too weak. To me, it is a problem with path balance. Assassins take too long to be competitive. Those special Sov traits are in no way bal
well why? is there a tactic involving heroes not needing research? even full adventuring or warmongering sovereign need a lot of research to get better gear or recruiting, or mana to cast spells etc research is the center of the game whatever thing you do and all benefit greatly from it
ok here another extensive testing of lord relias and i confirm everything he is just bad i even managed to win one game but i had a super lucky start with 4 cities with 2 essence and great spots about quests you can buy: the problem like i stated above is that those quests are all hard and like every weak sovereign relias is stuck mid game at lvl 5 you cannot complete any of those quests unless - you have a good army with you whic
