The problem is the game is heavily weighted so that everyone will eventually declare war on each other. Some of the negative "feelings" AI's have are set to increase drastically in severity as the game goes on, while things that add a positive are set to decrease. Other things are heavily stacked against the player who tends to use intelligen
You are the only one caring about diplomacy in the game. AI's ignore it completely fighting everyone weaker than them, and thus it ends up being FFA every time. (even if it's borderline retarded declaring on you when there is one other AI topping the power score and the AI is fighting him too) So alliances is only for you to use with weaker AI's if you feel like being nice
This is exactly why t
I have played several games since FE has been released and it dawned on me that every game so far is like watching a Demolition Derby . Every game turns out to be a free-for-all. <div id="yui_3_7_2_18_135843735192

Monsters should be more proactive about destroying Outposts if it disturbs their Lair
I agree, but I think it would be really cool if we could place a few troops in the outpost for defense....or even an outpost upgrade that adds a few "Outpost Defenders" similar to city defenders.

Do you play in a window, do you have the taskbar at the bottom of the screen? I'm wondering if there is some setup that would cause that. What happens if you turn on the hardware mouse cursor?
I have seen this happen a few times. It typically happens in
1) Sea travel (possibly explore/conquer a couple mysterious islands) 2) Minor factions (good, bad and the ugly) 3) Improve diversity in regards to faction chances of winning (so many games Lord Markin and Lord Relias dominate other factions - this gets really old) 4) Improve the strength of city defenders - Catapults are too weak - The city defenders should be equiped with the latest equipment resaerched 5) The mid to late game needs to be improved (by the time

The Studded Collar needs more information as to which beast can be captured with it. Organizing an attack on a group of beast in hopes of capturing one becomes a very annoying task when you risk a champion to get within one tile only to find out the beast you are trying to capture is not elgible for capture by the Studded Collar. This is not what the description of the Studded Collar in Hiergamenon states. The description simply states "The collar works great; it's
You forgot one! The thing that annoys me the most is when I move a Sov/Champion out of a city. For example, I move my Sov/Champion out of a city moving north on a road. I then want a few of my troops located in the same city to move out of the city and travel south. As soon as I move the troops out of the city they automatically move to where I just moved the Sov/Champion to the north. This is REALLY ANNOYING!

I have just noticed that when I cast the spell Broken Loyalties on a city it forfeits the benefit of city defenders. In my currrent game I have cast this spell twice and in both cases the cities no longer have city defenders. Is this the way it is suppose to be or is this a bug?
I also noticed that the AI can recruit champions with any unit. It does not have to be a sov/champion.
