Currently there are a bunch of buildings listed as "1 Per Settlement." However, if you click on an empty plot to build one instead of the "build" button, the game will let you build two of them (for some reason it doesn't end the dialog after the first empty plot click). And yes, the effects of the two copies do stack. Rather significant glitch in terms of balance, eh? ;)

Actually, Borderlands runs fine under 10.7 if you make a single tweak. So no, it's not the same issue at all as with Elemental. Borderlands was making the Catalyst AI freak out and run out of memory, causing lag followed by a crash. Elemental flat out doesn't use the GPU. Big difference.
[edit] Ignore this thread, I am bad and wrong; Town Halls affect Influence, not Prestige, and they do exactly what they're supposed to do. Though I'm not sure why you'd want to pay such a stiff price for the extra Influence...

I had an odd and quite frustrating bug happen tonight. I saved my game, quit, and when I came back into the game, my army that had four squads suddenly became one squad and three singletons! Even stranger, during the turn on which I loaded the game, the correct number of units still showed - yet their stats were those of singleton units, and the unit count followed suit after hitting the end turn button. I just wanted to post I have exactly the same video card as the OP and have exactly the same problem. I don't know if the game is even using the video card, but I do know that it's dumping a massive load on only one of my quad cores... :\ The cloth map is fine and smooth.
