Well, prices have gone up slightly for £ users I believe, but things are likely to get a lot worse as the international market balances itself out a little.

Steam has recently changed to £ in Britain. Price discrimination once again. So long as this distribution stays in dollars, I will be perfectly happy to make use of whatever stardock wants. I'm fed up of paying more than the US for the exact same product. When people start localising products to the UK seperately, and adding the "u" in colour, I will be willing to pay more. Until then it just pisses me off.
I had a similar problem, but to the left. The cause was my logitech game pad, lying upside down on the floor with one of the thumbsticks pushed to the side.
That's happened to me -way- too many times. Four X-box controllers in my PC, and they always end up lodged upside down somewhere.

I'm going to have to disagree with that. Yes, it sucks to lose to luck, but it's what makes games thrilling at times. That lucky proc of boots that helped you run away in time, or that 5% crit working just as they're starting to run away. Yes, it makes things a bit more random, but not everyone has to ban weapons on SSMB, some people play it to have fun.

I thought I'd bump this thread, because it's right. Also, I want to ask, has anyone else noticed that it seems the health bars aren't entirely accurate? Whether it's just nerves as I nearly kill someone, or not, I don't know, but it seems to me that when the demigods seemingly have no health left in their bar, they actually still have a fair bit. A near empty health bar can still seem like a lot of health to take off.

There might be a slight balancing issue here, but personally, I can't agree. Provided you take a build with atleast a small amount of AoE, it can be pretty simple to clear creep lanes. As long as your allies do the same, the creeps should never be able to push your lane back when alone. In fact, some posters seem to say the opposite to this thread, in that buying upgrades to your creeps just gives your enemies more experience. Personally, I get the feeling it's fairly balanced

There's got to be a wide variety of maps to keep everyone happy. I found 2v2 prison was nice and tight, with kills being particularly important when one quick push could end it. What we need to see is more maps with clearly defined lanes. DotA's success was that each lane was a distinct place, with continuous wars. I'm still looking forward to seeing the next maps to be released, and hoping for some more of the big ones.

Most people here seem to be going way off topic. In order for this game to be properly competitive and balanced, it's going to be necessary for the two sides to be very similar. Unique heroes, units or towers would make this near impossible. Replayability is fine, and if you don't agree, you're not playing good enough games. However, I do agree with the OP. In order to see the ebb and flow of battle, a more graphical distinction would be useful. I'd even go further than
