Hopeing someone can help me here with this. I bought the game and the DLC on steam. I have already played the Wildlands map which is listed as large. Dispite what the DLC advertisement claims there are no maps listed as larger then large. (and LH had a large map already) the supposibly 2x size anthys map is only listed as large with only 7 max faction recommended so not even enough space to have all the base factions in play. Am I being Dense here and mi

Why is this? Limiting a game to really just 6 positions when with custom builds and mods there potentially so many more seems just well so ... limited. Also noticed even with just the

But video games can be, because of this thing called "game balance".
Well you could always just make sure your armies have some fire resistance items and then those shamans become easy kills. Being well prepared always pays off. Do you really want a game where a base no res
NO! You've done space and now fantasy. It's time for a Civilization type game!
We already have a buttload of Civ and civ type games, SD should stay with the lesser explored but still popular magic, and Space civ games IMO. SD is good but not good enough to go head to head with Sid Miers giant, so why try to be a second rate knock off of something the market seems already fairly full of? Th
First My congratulations to Stardock on LE. I've played 300 hours or so worth and mainly had fun. I surely got my moneys worth. Having said that I've gotten to the point LE is showing its limitations. While I see they are working on the AI, I assume things like tech tree and traits (except for moding and I have no plans on working as a moder as I already have a job. My hat is off to those that do though) are pretty much finished and set as far a
Lightening Form works like crossbow and it is rarely usable. Crossbows are under powered.
How does one get lightening form? I've seen a few champions start with it (like the stalker cat) but have never been able to find it or unlock in on my main no matter what class combo I try
So why was it removed? I didn't play FE, took some time away between Elemental :war of magic and FE:LH to let stardock try and get things together but sounds like influence might have been a fun aspect, if its anything like Gal Civ's. Generally sad to see things removed from a game to make it easier. While LH is a fun game and I've played it 300 hours worth already I find it somewhat limited and the AI mid to late game somewhat dull and boring as frequently it seems to
Yep little things like this really detract from the game. there should be a way step up from non-agro to allied if one bribes them enough etc. The games AI at least on normal appears a bit dumb on thinking it can win and comiting suicide just because another AI pays it some coins. Tech levels really need to be considered in power ratings and not just the positions army size
Ok so here my experience with the spell. icast it on a desert swuare nest to a shard, and a few tiles turned to the color of my races. (Kingdom gets the grass tiles, empire gets the dark tiles.) No buildable tiles showed up. A few turn later I put a outpost down to claim the shard, and then buildable tiles showed up. Maybe the spell has to be cast in tiles you own?
Thanks Heavenfall, I redown loaded the mod from Nexus and this time it worked, would have done that yesterday but was having trouble connecting to nexus for some reason
Hi, I download the COS mod and tried to play it but several of the races models seem missing (The frost giants, gnomes, Living stone, lizard men, Elves, and angels are there, but the skeleton King, chaos legion, Shadows, Drota, and Centaur Avatars/troops are not.) Reading the Wikki it says to run the game as a administrator. However I have the game from steam, and unlike my copy of Fallen Enchantress, right clicking on the game icon does not give the option to

Move increments by 0.2/point.
Wow thats gonna seriously slow the game to a crawl, and make tracking a even higher must have trait. I really have to agree with some earlier posters that the Sovereigns base speed should be 2. 1 is just too slow on anything larg
Elementium? Is that like Unobtainum? How about just calling it mithril? Unless, of course, mithril is already in. Perhaps adamantium then? Wow, you sure sound like you care a lot about this... Elementium is fine, it's always nice when name aren't copy-pasted from every other fantasy game out there.
Personally i gotta say I prefer Mithril, or Adamantine. Call it what you may but in every good fantasy
Well as far as rare resources i'd say go for some of the tried and true. Instead of just iron mines how about gold, silver, and diamond for extra gildar income.(Ala Civ) For truely rare resources how about Mithril or Adamantine mines (ala MoM) for the ability to make magic weapons/armor for ones characters/troops. (With the correct research and buildings in place.) As things currently stand one can make gildars really only from a merchantile route it appears. gi
