Man, these are some pretty sweet ideas I'm hearing so far. It's probably bad to say this but I'm starting to get more pumped about the mods than I am about the canon game. LOTR...Wheel of Time...MOM....cliche fantasy races...not to sure about gnome mounted pigs though...ah what the hell...that would be cool to see too [e digicons]^_^[/e]

Hortz, I admire your persistence but I think one of these days you're just going to have to realize you're selling your "pretty graphics" campaign to the wrong crowd.

Just my 2 cents...but I dont think guns/canons fit in the theme of the game. If I want that type of stuff I would just go play Civ4. However, I defnitely think this type of thing will be modded. And while I would never play a mod like that...I do agree with the OP that this type of thing will give the game more variety which will make the game more fun for some folks. And that's not a bad thing...

Without having more details...we have to figure out if it's an issue with your laptop or your router. Can you take your laptop and connect to another wireless network? Library, work, school, starbucks etc? If so, when you connect are you still experiencing the same issue when it goes into sleep mode? If yes, then something is wrong with the laptop. Either the wireless card is screwy or maybe some settings arent right. If you dont experience the same issue, then it's obviously

This is definitely one of my favorite interviews! It was nice to read an entire article about the art direction. I have to admit I wasnt a fan at first but now I cant imagine this game any other way!

Modders, knowing what we know now...what is the first thing you are thinking about modding? It could be an item, creature, race, random event, story, or even a complete overhaul. I'm not a modder myself but I'm curious to know what modders are thinking about.
