I just got "Cooperation" which unlocked "Group - 4 troops", but I still have lots of 3 troop "parties" running around. I thought I'd be able to take these groups to town and add a 4th, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Is it possible? It seems a shame if I have to make all new troops instead of rearranging my current ones.

Zodawn, you are looking in the right place for the code. Its the one printed on the sticker on the back of your manual (6 groups of 5 characters, separated by dashes). My first copy of the game was missing this sticker entirely, but I exchanged it, and the new one works. I don't know what to tell you since yours has a code and the code just doesn't work. Maybe you should go exchange it for a new copy like Qyth suggested.

Nevermind. I saw on the support page that I need to allow 2 business days for a response, so I just took it back to the store and exchanged it. The new copy I got has a sticker on the back of the manual with a serial on it. This sticker was missing from my first copy. So its working now.

Where is my serial number? in War of Magic Stardock Forums

I bought the game from Best Buy today. I have an insert that says "Best Buy Exlusive Insert" with a code on it, but it does not work when I enter it into Impulse, or at the website given on the card. This is the only code I can find in the package. I do not see a serial on the manual and there is no sticker inside the case. Any ideas?
