I have to say that after going through the vault documents, I am very interested! This is precisely the epic clash feeling that LH misses and it seems to be great fun! Also, I have noticed from most of the screenshot, the graphics are rather lush, fairy-taleish...have you considered more dark, gothic theme, since we are facing the great evil one? Or will it be a contrast with the lush green, as he starts consuming the world? :) You made your long time and devoted customer feel

Some suggestions: - Mana grenade: damage spell with 3x3 damage and 2 range (so damages directly next to caster), with each use caster has % of "fail" meaning he discharges the grenade on himself (he is in the centre of 3x3) - Taunt: friendly unit taunts enemy, having % chance making them attack that unit instead of a planned target (could work well against AI, deflecting much of their army towards the "taunting" unit) - Dread:<

Some great stuff here! Larger squads (= at least a bit more epical battles?), bandits spawning, wildlads changes...can´t wait! And BTW, I will buy the Leader pack DLC once 1.7 is out. To support such improvement, its a fair deal I think :)
I never expected them to release full spouse system via DLC. But I expected bunch of new traits, gear etc. for each new sov, possibly new races as well. What I have seen so far makes me severely worried. THREE new traits and THREE new pieces of gear? So, this is first DLC I wont be buying...maybe on sale, but I dont know. Win 7 here...last few weeks (since 1.4?) in every game, somewhere in the late-middle phase, the game stops responding :(

Lightning bolt (Aeromancy?), for high level sovereign, is a very powerful spell. I tend to see it sometimes as a Win button. - It is very cheap and (lightning) rarely resistive, plus there is no cooldown (yeah!). - You can cast it in a line of 5, meaning with proper positioning, you can hit 5 units. Imho this thread shows that the magic is interestingly set, with multiple ways to victory and preferences. No nerfs needed ;)

Derek, just curious, will Dead AI get some special algorithms to deal with the specific growth model? I.e. to build proper buildings and to go more aggresively after the other players? Or can the general AI (thinking of Magnar) handle that sufficiently?
