Most innovative...Far cry 2? I don't really see why Far cry 2 is so special :P
Shadowgandor
The Bards tale :D
Ah ok, nice 0.o
Vampires: The masquerade bloodlines is also a game that should not be played if you don't like horror games :P Well, horror, more like serial killers, limbs hanging around in his house and stuff like that. Bloodlines is really dark, a bit too dark for my taste.
It's a great game, you should definately buy it. I've spend over 80 hours playing that game :D
my friend and I maxed out our chars in WoW in under the trial period. no challenge. too many tards play that game anyway
The max level for trial accounts is level 20 >.>
Hmm, the only really good MMORPG's I know are WoW and Tibia ( www.tibia.com ) At first, Tibia might seem boring but once you've reached level 8 and are going to the mainland, things are becoming a lot more fun...or not, depending on how smart you are. Basically, there are very few safe places in the world of tibia and anyone can attack another player. They will become marked for a certain amount of time (based on how many you've killed before), when ma
It depends on the function. If I would have a ship designed for combat, prepare for a very clean, straight and metallic design. A lot of places that lead right to the hangar, the barracks, cantina and armory would be very close to each other. The only place that would not be as accesible as the rest would be the bridge. For an non-combat ship, I would make it very uhh, fluffy :P Red carpets, red couches, red curtains, wooden doors. I am thinking of a ship about twice the size of the m
Hotseat, yee!
vive la steam :P
I personally just hope it won't be TOO easy to create new races, so that it will be easier for a group of people to approve/disapprove content. I'm personally afraid that a lot of races will 'break the mood' of the game. Lets say someone adds sentient monkeys to the game. The idea is cool, but perhaps their art doesn't blend in to the rest of the world. That's what I'm afraid off.
I just realised something, how in gods name can we play a continuous turn based game in multiplayer? You can't just pause your game in a multiplayer game, it would allow for way to much grieving =/
I've had it happen in Heroes of Might and Magic V. A certain spell killed my enemy, and after that, my last unit died as well. It was kinda weird and I was killed in the next battle, right at the start, because I lacked any troops :P
Man, I realise I can't even kill one man if it means 5 others are saved. For me, it wouldn't matter that those 5 now continue to live, but that I killed that one guy. Same goes for all other questions, the only one that was giving me a real hard time and I don't know if I would react like that is the first question about the baby =/
Lamperti, have you ever played Knights of the Old republic? It is a system like that. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBjxiUVJsu4 I think it's going to be like that. You can decide when to pause the game, give orders, or stack up orders and watch the game.
The impression I got was that you could compare it with the Knights of the Old Republic fighting system, well, the turn based part of it. It looks like it is real-time, but the gameplay mechanics still are turn-based and you could pause the game anytime you want, ordering your troops what to do and then unpause the game or just give them orders on the run.
Is battle an afterthought in Rome: Total war? I think not.
Eternal darkness: The world becomes shrouded in darkness. The morale of troops are lowered, incomes are lowered, creatures of the night roam the world and accuracy of ranged units gets lowered. Only half of the caravans will arrive in the other city. Awaken Titan: Over a hundred years ago, the world of Elemental was nearly destroyed by the powers that strove across the world like titans. In their quest for dominance, they unleashed utter devastation on t
I personally don't like the idea of Avatar death=game over. Let's say ships are in the game and you want to move your channeler to the other side of the ocean when all of the sudden, a technologically superior ship fires its guns at you. Ship dead, game over. The best option for me would prob be the option to choose what kind of victory options you want enabled before starting the game, that way, everyone can choose whatever they want :P
