Just as long as the in-gaming doesn't restrict the values for out-of-game modding...... one of my big headaches in GC2 was that you had to go and tinker with unrealistically powerful ships in the XML becuase the ship editor was completely reality-based.

I am VERY sure that tech research and spell research are seperate. How seperate, I don't know, but that won't even be implimented until beta six or so.

There is probably an unimplimented algorythm that would move the card if it's over the unit. Maybe for thye time the card stays up, too, but I'm not sure.
