Well, that and the casti appear to be encircling a dungeon or aritfact, so it's also possible that we are dealing with the great Cavern of the Cactus..... or that essence revitalization results in irregular plant growth.

Actually, this sort of thing looks feasible, especially since this sort of thing will be included in the opponent AI anyway. The "parser" for the objectives might take a little work, but that should be fairly simple as well.

Come ON, Landi. It's MAGIC. If Zorkon the Wise wants immortal Siguaros in his deasert, then he can just MAKE them. [e digicons]:P[/e] [e digicons][/e] In any event, thanks to the above Westerns, most anyone who will actually be PLAYING this game will have heard of the plant. (Street children in Burma might not, but will they REALLY be downloading American TBSs?) Although, as a nitpicker, I do appreciate your throroughness.

Winning is fun..... chasing down achievements to max stuff out is NOT fun....
That thick line reminds me more of cel-shading than having a set-camera angle. It isn't difficult to render 3D graphics to have a thick border drawn at edges - wherever those edges may be based on viewing angle.
These days, having a set camera angle for something as hyped as Elemental would be committing developer suicide. I'm sure we'll get at least a limited range of motion. Now, here's somehing I just though of: Will there be cheats, and will

I'm not entirely sure if the style is to my liking. I know it's not finished yet, but the terrein reminds me of those old CAD graphics from before they developed specularity..... and I think that the grass and dirt should be somehow..... darker.

Well, if you want to get technical about it, the actual "bulging" is caused by the muscles that allow you to WALK, so......
i dont think Transformers can die of old age, just Energon deprivation. So maybe ripping out his own spark also let him finally die.
Well, on Earth, where there is no Energon except for the bots' internal reserves, it amounts to the same thing. Jetfire was running on the same "charge" for a few thousand years, at least, and was not likely to get more any time soon. Six of one, half-dosen of the other.
and i think it'd be weird if jet fire gave optimus prime his soul, that's real weird to me
Actually, provided that that thing was his "soul" it would make perfect sense: Jetfire was falling apart, he's been stuck in the air&space museum for years, and he is missing a large portion of his chest area. So, he takes his "soul" out of his decrepit old body, and transplants it into a new one- Optimus Prime's.

Well, I am not going anywhere this summer, but my moter has managed to get herself into a bit of a sticky situation, trip-wise: She has decided to take a road trip with my other female relatives. To Wachington DC. Then Chicago. Then NEW MEXICO. My family lives in Columbs, Ohio. To make matters worse, she is going with my aunt Mary, who is convinced that she has reached Nirvahna and is a card-carrying member of the legalised-marijuana movement, AND my cousin Stacy, who has just
Scoutdog, you don't know the meaning of the word forced. Your OCD is not my problem.
If it gives you a bonus, sure you can ignore it.... but at your own peril. Remember, people: players want to WIN.

Oooohhhhhhhhhh........ [e digicons]:dur:[/e] ! Let's see what tidbits we can extract from these: P1: The wolf is the "Ebbenwolf" from Boogie's concept art The mountain in this is HUGE! Looks like the terrein will be more on the lines of SimCity than Civ 4.... will we be able to do this sort of thing w/ mag

103 Replies 194,068 Views

I have to disagree with you there: if there is any bonus, me and a lot of other people will still feel that they are being "forced".
As I understand the game, each faction is ruled by a magic chaneler. So why should they obey their master?
Although there are legitimate concerns with the Zealots, this is not one of them: the Channeler's magic is seen differently from other magic- as a non-magical power that originates from the channeler himself. Sort of the difference between sorcery and mirales, in Christian belief.
The Electoral College isn't exactly used "in place of a popular vote," it's more like a barely-democratic capstone on a largely-democratic process. I generally appreciate our federalism, but I'd write my state legislators in support of abolishing the EC the instant a proposed amendment to the Constitution came down from Congress.
By "popular vote", I meant a direct democratic system where a majority of citizens' votes nationwide = win.
did optimus need more power so had to use key to come back to life because he was a prime?
Exactly. I will endeavor to explain this in some way that makes sense: Megatron was overloaded by the Cube's (aka. Allspark's) power at the end of the last movie. Two fragments of the Cube were recovered from his body: one that Sam kept in his pocket, and another that Optimus gave to the military for safekeeping. The shard Sam had was for

I would like for people to be able to submit achievements to vStardock and have them included in patches for the game. You would get wider distribution than just a mod.
