I did the last one. In theory I could do another one, but it does take a HUGE amount of time and effort. I suggest that it would require a Stardock driven project. I have seen increasing requests for help in the past month or so, so this may be justified. I'm willing to help with this, but I can't drive it.

Objects can be "activated" i.e. typically they are clicked, at which point they act according to the type of object they are (navigate to URL etc etc). "Command executed" occurs when this has happened.

Paxx, just another thought - What date system are you working with? Here in the UK I'm on dd/mm/yyyy. Haven't checked but I suspect that at the moment the code is date format specific. Try changing to this briefly just to check. I'll return to fix it later if it appears that is the issue. Hmm, seems this build of DX is limited to 30 object states which kinda screws calendars! Also, Object.Textolor appears broken so I can't set the text colour to differentiate. I'll see what I can do to get round this short term. M.

Paxx - cheers. Outlook sample requires the Date/Time picker control to exist. If it doesn't the demo kinda sucks! However, rest assured that it tought me stuff. This problem will be irrelevant, as the calendar will be used rather than the time picker. Black boxes - IS a version issue. I reported problems with black boxes on text objects to Alberto. He has fixed it as I'm using a later build that doesn't have this problem. I'm doing the current version of the object on an old bu

Right - demo 1 is uploaded . It's very simple but it's here (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=3&SkinID=2511) Next versions will be: a) Version using graphics not text b) Outlook integration Have a look and let me know how you would like to use this object with Outlook. i.e. click a date and see appointments for that day? Add colour coding to dates?

Elvee, Moving objects is really easy. There is a bouncing ball sample install by default with DX from memory. The code is also in the vbscript tutorial which is accessible from the script editor.

Just want to stimulate a debate (not an argument), to try and work out what people actually want from DesktopX. DX has huge capability for delivering great 'function' via script and plugins yet noone seems to care. Personally when I create my DX themes I like functionality like news on my desktop, weather etc that I can all do via DesktopX. However, I have noted that my stuff containing functionality provokes little intest, whereas other themes which are mainly 'form' are hugel
