Anyone else having problems downloading from the DX libary? I notice todays download volumes are low and I can't download things myself

Thanks Larry for your rational words. Having had a day to calm down, I'm less stressed, though obviously still upset. Hopefully, this will be the last of this sort of thing. The sooner it's over the better!
It really is distressing. Personally my biggest gripe is with the US miliatary command. I feel they issue such a 'gung ho' message that it is bound to inspire 'trigger happiness' and extreme stress. Having heard the British and US motivational speeches to troops, I'll stick to good old fashioned British reserve thanks very much!
Adam is truly a telented individual. I'd also like to highlight how supportive of other developers he is in his comments. That is really appreciated. There will always be people within the group who are ungrateful and/or unappreciative but as Princess says it's always best to ignore negative comments unless they are constructively critical. Personally I appreciate reports of errors from people as I can then resolve them. Keep up the good work Adam!

Yeah, it depends on the system. My Win98 system with Outlook 97 ran TERRIBLY, even on a decent Thinkpad. Having said that I think it is the Outlook version that is the culprit. Running on a slower machine at home using WinXP & OfficeXP it's lightening. I'm going to strip out a load of the crap code and build it up again. Until .TextColor is fixed I need loads of extra objects to display appointments etc. I'll try and improve things over the weekend. thanks for getting

Personally I am usually disappointed by the level of feedback and ratings received. It seems random really how much feedback you get. My Purple Glass theme and abjects were far more innovative than the calendar I just greated but noone gave any ratings and comments were few. Guess I need to brush up on my PR skills if I'm going to get hung up on ratings!

To be fair Hippy, though the concepts are typically similar, that tutorial is very out of date, so people need to be aware of that. I am working on a DXScript code library which over time will be useful, though we need to wait until DX NG for the cool stuff like code wrappers.
I always find holding down CTRL then right clicking will always give me the dialogue where I can enable the script. Try restarting immediately and seeing if the script is on. BTW, my Purple Glass theme has full browser functionality if you want to 'borrow' code from that.
Personally I would like to banish plugins where Script can replace them. This means people can tweak them to their own needs more easily. Glad you like the script. I'm working on Outlook integration now. A graphical version will be available when the new DX build that supports it is on general release. M.
