Have you guys considered adding a "wipe" function to individuals? I can understand how this can ruin things regarding the ladders.
We haven't discussed it. I'm strongly against that idea. We have seasons planned which gives players the opportunity to accomplish the same thing.
To make a strategically interesting strategy layer, Ashes of the Singularity needs to significantly build out its defender's advantage, mobility warfare, artillery, air support as support instead of another flavor of combat unit, intelligence, and deception. From matchmaking data we know that right now even if any human is matched against any human it won't help much. People don't sit in the queue long enough to get matched so players miss each other. When Ashes is officially released we'll see lots more players. If we open up matchmaking to all human players regardless of rank there are issues. A Rank 8 player is just getting out of the "kiddie pool" ranks where you can't lose stars. That pl
I really like playing ranked multiplayer pvp
In the context of GalCiv3 ranked wins and losses refer to single and multi player games where cheats were not used. We do offer ranked multiplayer for other games (Ashes of the Singularity and Offworld Trading Company) but there hasn't been sufficient interest in this for GalCiv3. Turn times can get very long so many folks don't play. There are people who schedule meetups to play via the Steam forums as well as

This is definitely a driver issue. My GTX 980M laptop just started doing it with the latest Nvidia drivers. Interestingly it only occurs once per launch. You can start a benchmark and immediately cancel with ESCape to prevent the issue from reoccurring (until you restart the game anyway).

As noted above, only 2 GPUs are current supported in mGPU mode. There have been a number of articles published recently which test mGPU with various cards of different manufacturer and capabilities. You can see one example here and more in the News section on the forum. We have also tested various configurations. Improving the performance of disparate GPUs is a long term goal. It makes a lot o
