I'm going to have to be a douche and release the wall buildings. I've tried for several hours, but all I end up with is something that any kingdom race could have. I'm not getting any elven touch to it. Honestly, the first and second forts could probably fit well into the theme if we just added trees and removed some of the industry. Oh my god they're so lazy... a single drath unit takes 15 turns to train, while a dragon, a shrill, a spider takes 3 turns. Guess why? Because they just TACKED ON the equipment like normal gear, instead of creating unique "sets". In fact the Drath has no attack or defense on it's own, it is 100% derivative of its gear. Laaaazy. Yes, we can change the tech tree flavor as much as we want. I had to use a custom tech tree, but it is a carbon copy of the normal tech tree. Otherwise, if I just added our buildings to the vanilla techs, they would appear for other factions as well. I like the explanation for the diplomacy units. So, dibs on the Drath Guardians! =)

Do you mind if we make it farming guild instead? The pools of water seem to suggest something is going on there like testing better sorts of seeds or something. For the hut, you absolutely have to mix the trees more. Otherwise it will look repetitive on screen when the player has built 5-10 right next to each other. I've hit a snag with the XML. It appears that the diplomacy stuff is using something hardcoded to spawn new resources. That means I can't change what kind of tile appears. So even if I researched Elven Heavy Cavalry, it would still spawn Shrill. But I would then build something completely different on the tile. I hope that's an OK tradeoff. This will also make sure that you can recruit from random world resources of those types of monsters, or (as it happens sometimes) resources spawned by yo

No, it doesn't. Frankly, I've never even built a normal harbor. I test the tiles by hooking them up to XML like vanilla buildings and trying to build them in-game.

Nice. In your CoreSpellBooks.xml you've included all the spell books, but you're only changing one. The others are not necessary. Since only one modified spellbook can be read in at a time, it is better not to include those you don't modify, so others can modify them instead.

I'll test the harbor, thanks for the headsup. I'm releasing the following buildings now, from people who reserved tiles but haven't finished them. Workshop, Hut, Barracks, Inn. There will be white horses, and many more colours, but the barding will be unique for the diplomacy guy. Here's the problem as I see it. I can include it in the elf race mod, but I think the models are too good to waste on just being a graphical asset. I'd like to give them stats.
