Very nice! Im a long time fan of Ravenloft and it's nice to see it brought to Elemental! I cant wait to see what the future brings for this mod ^^.

I think the game is good. It's providing a solid game experience in a genre we all know and love. I'm not looking at what isn't there and what might be there, but instead I am focusing on all the great things SD has given us. And it's going to get better. Kudos to them for winning. Been waiting for this game since I read about it in Game Informer like 2 years ago. I'm not disappointed one bit.
1. Population increses city size, but you'll need food and housing in order to get the population up. 2. No idea, sorry >. 3. You can give magic to heroes to make them better, but it costs some of your own power. 4. That is preference. I like to expand before the other people, but I try to make sure each city has protection before I get too far ahead of myself. Hope that helps a little!
Well, Elemental isn't like Civ as far as I understand. What you do is research a path, like War, Magic, etc. When you hit the mark on a research path, you choose a tech to get. Some techs do lead to others is a quasi-tree, but it just opens the next tech up that you can choose the next time you fill up your research bar. Some techs, the non green ones, have a certain chance that youll be able to select them as they dont shop up every time. Its a crude description

In my personal opinion, the resources should be similar to the way they were in Civ 4. With some obvious differences, of course. 1. Many of the resources should be required for the units/eqipment/buildings they offer. One needs iron to produce steel equipment and such. 2. Some resources should be optional. They just make things easier. If you dont have access to stone, building some buildings could take MUCH longer. Maybe 25% longer.</

Quite possibly. I've noticed sometimes my units were unselectable at first then realized I was clicking in the "right" area. They were in another location almost. Quite strange.

I noticed I gained a level when my troops took out a giant or an oger or something. But maybe they should gain 1 xp per turn just to move it along? Later levels won't be affected but perhaps it'll prevent our heroes getting owned a la warcraft 3 style.

Whenever I select a victory condition from the skirmish page, my world name changes. Not a big bug considering the other conditions dont even work, but I thought it worth mentioning. Bug IS repeatable. Didnt take a screen shot as..it woulda been difficult. http://pastebin.com/f4eddaa26
