I just received a reply from sales support and apparently an Impulse version not requiring Steam is on schedule... On another note, do you think that I'd have a firm stance like this if I didnt experienced the "fantastic" and "refreshing" steam experience? I won't even take into account comments from those that apparently are not even able to read a premise post. I'd swear having used and weighted accordingly any damn word I wrote there. Boicotting Steam in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

When about to pre-order Sins Rebellion I found myself facing a very sad fact. There is a line below the title image which says that Steam must be installed in order to play Rebellion. That's really sad news for me for it will prevent me from playing it, despite how much I loved the series. Reply to SUPPORT: Can't logon to Demigod in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

I was playing Demigod just fine when after relog I got "invalid username or password" and can't play anymore. Credentials are right I also tried a password reset same result. Impulse and forums works fine with login, I do not have steam and I do not have a second account. Already wrote to stardock support but posted here too in case someone have an on the fly solution so that I won't waste an opportunity to play since freetime is few.

Ok I find it fine to replace a member of the team due to him not having the time to follow. However I have written at least 75% of the strings in the mod and worked hard to get it all there before release. Mine is also the idea of putting in the mod the planet classes for Trek instead of Volcanic, Ice, etc that everyone enjoyed. So unless you have made the new guy start from scratch and dumped all my work I'd like to see me having my permanent slice of glory in the credits so f

I tried the 2gb fix and I don't think it's worth it, at least for me it didn't work. Aside from the fact that the exe process didn't get more than 2gb ram anyway (checked in the task manager and resource monitoring) the first multiplayer game I had desynchronized within the first 30 minutes, due to the exe being different. I restored the original exe backup and dumped the thing, with some adjustments to the graphic and effects options I can get away without minidumps.

Similiar issues here, I can't seem to be able to make one single friend out of the 3 AI I put there. Match was 1 TEC, 1 Advent, 1 TEC and I picked the Vasari, unlocked teams and random vicious AI. Fast research as I prefer to avoid falling asleep between one research and another, all the rest was default with pirates active.
