Hello, I picked up a copy of the game at Walmart, and inside was an insert saying to go to www.elementalgame.com/walmart to enter the serial number to access the free content. Only, when I go to that address, it says log in to link the content with my Impulse account. When I log in, I get dropped back to the Elemental website's homepage, with no notification of whether it did anything or not, and at no point was I asked to enter my seri
