So you created that profile just to post that comment? Way to contribute. The Walmart/Bestbuy content is just a few quests and utterly worthless nonsense that you could mod into the game yourself and do 1000x better in just a few hours, or you could just download one of the mods that has a bunch of additional content.
Making posts like these and necroing threads with pointless comments like that are just going to rile the anti-trolls on the forums.
I was a pre-order and bought the book too, and I don't care that the extra content is late because I'm not missing it. It has no bearing on my game whatsoever. So either you didn't actually look to see what little content there was, or you're petty enough to demand they do something when they should be spending their time fixing issues that are preventing some people from actually playing the game period, or you're just trolling.
And based on the fact that you created the profile specifically for this post, you're either specifically trying to tick people off and don't want retaliation against your actual account, or you're not really worried about the game so much or else you'd have made an account a long long time ago to complain about the issue. Or again, you're just trolling. Edit: Or you just bought the game - I was a bit tired last night. 
I can relate to people with legitimate concerns. "What a fucking joke" isn't a legitimate concern, it's just inane babbling about a thread from last year.
Edit: Ah, I saw that you were looking for legitimate support today. My assumption was that you were complaining that the content had _not_ been released, not that it was going to be released. That and with your bug issue, it looks like you're having an issue that I've not run into yet. I was tired of people begging for things to be released when the game itself was doing things like what you're experiencing to people. Honestly the exclusive content thing was a joke in the first place - Stardock is a smaller publisher so Best Buy and Walmart want to push them around and try to get people to buy from each. It's ridiculous. Though if forced to make a choice, just based on how they each treat their people, I worked for both and Best Buy is by far the better employer, so I'd buy from them.
But still, the "what a fucking joke" comment didn't really give people much to go on, and with a game that launched as poorly as this one did, and after some of the discussion between Frogboy and some of the other forum members the other day (i.e. at this point people with problems need to either stfu or be constructive or leave) I thought mayhaps you'd just created a new profile and necro'd just to tick people off.
