This happens to my friends and I as well, every time we play. Usually on the 2nd or 3rd turn too. We can't play multiplayer at all.

Oh almost forgot: On my system there is a strange problem where the unit walking animations seem to jerk and don't progress smoothly. It's very conspicuous and only happens in multiplayer.
Will custom sovereigns and custom factions be added into multiplayer at some point? The customization features are such an integral part of this game, it's really a shame if they were to be left out of multiplayer!
Wow... so Mumbles' anti-Republican posts get nuked, but this anti-Obama one doesn't? Tsk, tsk... Stardock moderators, your conservative bias is showing...
The root of Ebonics is low English over in Europe. So, do they really sound black, or do they actually sound like 16th Century Hillbilly. I wouldn't rent to anyone that sounded black either. If you sound black it means you sound like something other than a well spoken, properly educated individual. Want people to rent to you? Learn English and stop talking like a hillbilly. Just because there are so few hillbillies left that the stereotype for the dialect has become black people
Anyway they are very much children and if they don't get their own way they'll stomp their feet and hold their breath and scream and holler and cry and of course they absolutely demand to have the last word. So let them have it. Let them have their way and let them think that they've won. They're really so desperate to "win" on the internet because all of their feelings of self worth are tied up in their internet persona's. To me that indicates someone with no real life and
If a place like Harlem wants to clean their schools up, it wouldn't take a week to do it. It's real easy
Incredible. Ignorance on such a scale as I've never seen. You really, really think it's that's easy? It's not the unions (though firing bad teachers can help), it's all about socio-economic status. Research has consistently shown that one thing stands out the most: kids who go to well-funded schools are more successful. Period. You send your k

Slander only refers to the spoken word in the realm of the law. These forums hardly count as being in the realm of the law. It can also mean to defame someone. This thread's already been derailed and will never get back on topic :P It should just be locked.
Lol, virtually everyone on this thread is insulting and slandering Mumbles yet no one ever manages to counter his arguments. It's OK to be jealous of someone's intellect, guys... but seriously, the resort to immature and meaningless slander just makes me think you guys are probably non-functioning sociopaths in real life. Absolutely pathetic.
Aw that's a shame. Maybe they could include an option for playing with trusted opponents (ie. friends)? Is this something that could be modded into multiplayer perhaps? I'm guessing that custom sovereigns aren't allowed either? That also saddens me :( There's gotta be a way to include these in custom games...
Please please please let us select custom factions in multiplayer games...
I really doubt this will change anything. People are still gonna sell second-hand software regardless of the license agreement. If not on eBay, then at at the very least to their friends. And no one can enforce that.
Apparently some people can't read. The OP created this thread to show his support for Stardock, but I guess the trolls can't resist slobbering over every thread about how much they're disappointed Elemental didn't turn out to be an exact copy of MoM :P Anyway, I think Elemental is incredible. Gorgeous graphics, great music, and tactical combat is fun. I love the unit design -- perhaps my favorite feature of the game. The campaign is a great easing-into of the E
You guys amaze me. I can't wait to see what sort of mods you all come up with!
*drools* between this game and Civ 5, it's like Christmas is coming early this year! Woohoo!

The situation is more or less constant, with just the margins changing. Yea Kim Jung Il is bluffing. These days he's too busy watching hardcore pornography to actually do anything world-threatening.
