I just prefer to have "me" and play with/against all the unique factions + added mods... so there can be great interplay among them, if they were truly unique.

Custom, always, (amarian based) in fact I have gotten 2 more items and they have models in game, just no icons. I have noticed that I have had to put custom icons (for my mods) in: \My Games\FallenEnchantress\Mods\Gfx not: \My Games\FallenEnchantress\Mods\Data\Gfx I have all mods installed to mods/data (mine, yours)
I modified all of the item's likelihood numbers and am getting reliquary drops now. The boots #32 Earthshakers have no artwork in game (icon).

I think it depends on how high the mountain is, sometimes it takes one or two casts on a single tile to get it to the right height. If you are not in cloth map mode, you will notice the tile gets a square border around it when it is passable... provided you didn't turn the grid off
I killed off Umber and my city still had a curse... so even killing the other faction didn't remove it. Umber had the dialog that said they did it...

Is the intent to have them all only drop randomly? I have noticed that assigning items very low rates actually makes them very rare. I have not seen your items, I do not think, but in 20+ games, I have seen my items only one time, on an enemy sov, and he wasn't even following the level restriction.
