Actually I am kind of a Vasari primary player but I play TEC as well and that's why the design of the ship bothers me And BrotherBulger, even if that is so, the ship could have been designed to be more eye appealing

Well I ain't an expert when it comes to stuff like these but I'll tell u how I installed it I had to reinstall SoaSE cause I changed the disc on my PC after I reinstalled SoaSE I went to impulse and doawnloaded 1.1 and after a while 1.12 came out and I doawnloaded it with no problem. I don't know will this help you but at least I tried :P
