The idea is that everybody is a winner in that case. I consider the diplomatic victory as an end game condition. It's lets end the game and tally the points for the winner. edit: specifically I think it is a player end game condition

I don't know if you were intending this, but the shieldman can be trained even without researching shields. You removed the autocreateequipment, but maybe forgot to add a woodenshield to the equipment section to force a shield on this henchman.

I should let people know there is a display issue (an issue with particle effects on construction tiles... engine problem not mine). The webs should be covered in christmas lights (this sometimes doesn't happen). I know about it, but I can't fix it.

I just tested it and they do show up for me. I ensured that I had the most recent version of Henchwomen v7 after the update, to train this henchman / women you need an incineration staff, which is under a different tech (I think enchanters). This could be the problem you are encountering. Also, of course you need to make a custom faction with allegiance of the Empire using the race of men. But I'm sure you knew this already.

Tis the season for me to create at least a christmas tree. Go ahead and extract this mod into your mods folder and reap the benfit, of more money, more growth, and better healing for defenders. A city with 2 materials should be able to make this christmas tree in 6 seasons... Those lights need to be untangled and that takes some time. I am sure this is an unintended consequence of switching the terrain type to arctic with Vextrars howl. But if any city is within the blast radius of this spell... it goes POOF, no more city. give a unit 12 cold damage and Destroy the city your next to for 140 mana... great deal, unless you are using it as defense ;)

Thanks for letting me know.. it's a typo in the xml Improvement_FireAltar_C should be Improvement_FireAltar_C.png I'll search through and see if that is the only one that has that problem. Edit: I found that the AirTemple and the Almshouse also have an issue with the constructin icon.

Unfortunately, save games keep all the xml data and don't change them to the new updated versions of the files. Unless you can figure out a way to read a savegame file and edit the xml of the k_outpost_01_tent.xml to not include the r1_waterfall, I think it's going to crash on you. Sorry about that.

It was a random thing in the files. I found it in the editor, but nothing showed up and I don't know quite how it got there, unless it was there in the outpost and they fixed it cause it was causing crashes. But in either case here is the fix for you... from your debug it's the offending file. The only nerf I would do this is to give heros a 500 - 1000 gildar discount on recruiting. Not the 100% off. Then the level 9 heros would cost a little something, albeit not as much as before, and the early level champions would still be free. The intention is to entice hero's to your cause but the more renown the hero (experienced) the lure may require some incentive monitarily to join your cause, because they might not want to be involved in the conflict. The item unlocks are in the coreimprovements. take the alchemist... the potions are unlocked only because you have the building. I had to do that when I added salted meat in the game.

Yes. I used the icons for each of these suits from the adepts abilities and so to keep consistent I used the death adept ability (which didn't exist) until I added it in the game for henchmen and made an icon.

I think that when trading research the other player should not gain any tradable research. I attribute that they are learning from the other race and can apply it to their current research, but do not develop tradable knowledge unless they do it themselves. I think this would go a long way in fixing this problem. But it's something the devs would have to fix.
